Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

Worst customer experience I’ve ever had in my life I went there on many occasions and I’ve never had a good experience today is what broke the camels back I went in there the cashier was so impatient I bought garlic sauce and was looking for change in my wallet not even a second later the worker saw I had a 10 in my wallet and in a rude mad tone make me pay with this I told him I had the change and did not want to use the 10 on a few cents which I had but wasn't having it I understand if there was a line but I was the only customer in the store another experience is when I ordered a pizza and told them clean cut because I can’t have any cross contamination because I can’t eat meat due to religion reasons and some of my family have a meat allergy and I saw a pice of pepperoni in my pizza I threw out my pizza and threw up in disgust and when I called they did nothing to compensate me another time is when I ordered my pizza and the the dough was raw and I told them to remake it and then the dough was burnt I really enjoy papa John’s but when you have to deal with people like this it’s not even worth it for some pizza that you have to cross your fingers it’s gonna...

I used to love this pizza franchise. Today, I am afraid of Botulism! After ordering from this particular franchise three different times in a six month period, I would not recommend eating here. Each time I ordered delivery, there was always something wrong with the food. The last two times i ordered, I had to call management to let them know that there was a problem, but, those problems fell on deaf ears and never got corrected. Chicken wing dipping sauce has a valid expiration, however it must be stored in a hot location because it gets delivered Rancid. Buffalo wings delivered are only half prepared with only a drizzle of buffalo sauce and are not fully cooked (pink meat near bone). Leads me to believe that pizza toppings are nor fresh at all. Im sorry, the food was soo bad that i had to contact the Health Department... It is my opinion that the owners of this franchise do not know or are incapable of storing their food products at FDA approved temperatures and or locations and probably prepare them in unsanitary culinary conditions (cutting boards, tables and knives not Hot Washed, Rinsed and Sanitized therefore...

I had ordered a pizza today that had arrived cold after specifying well done. I had called the manager of the establishment to be met with sass and treated in no way a customer should be- he then told me on the phone to throw out the cold pizza and he would deliver a new fresh one. 30 minutes later someone arrived requesting the pizza be returned after being told to throw it out. I explained this and i did not receive the pizza. Now i am left 20 dollars down and now i have to order from somewhere else. I do not recommend this place. Papa johns has always been a good franchise until today. I recommend ordering from pizza hut or dominos. Or even a local pizza place until the management and customer service is fixed at...
