Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

My experience here the first time was fine. I had never tried Donuts from this place, but it was snowing bad, and I said, why not grab a big order since I was here. I was pleasantly surprised that the staffed liked them. Even to the point where I took the time to download the app for future use. My thought process is the Tim Hortons is closer to my office than Dunkin or Starbucks which are my traditional 630am go to's. So, I decided to try Tim Hortons again. This time it was a horrible experience. The lady working seemed overwhelmed when it was just me after the person she was currently serving, which I found strange since its only two of us. She clearly did not know how to use the equipment to complete his order. Then when it came to me, who wanted to order 3 boxes of mini Donuts which I could see on trays behind her and two large boxes of coffee. She was woman down and straight up, said to me she does not know how to work the machine to do those types of orders and gave me a later time to come back to try to order. Clearly, that was not going to work for me, and now I missed my window to sneak in a morning treat for my team as planned before I open. The place looks like it has potential, but I can't risk this again I open for 7am. Good luck, but staff that is not trained hurts the brand and causes loss of potential customers like...

I have been a fan of Tim’s for awhile. I go on weekends when I visit family out there. Management has changed and the service is horrible. The new manager is always hanging out with the gas station cashier and the poor woman that works behind the counter always seems overwhelmed. The other morning I went in to get two Farmer’s wraps and she had no idea what they were. I showed her them in the app, and I had gotten them there before, but she was unfamiliar. She offered to make me something similar but instead of being the 2 for $4 reward price one would be almost $7. I said I didn’t want that and I showed the manager the reward photo and she just said “Yeah. No” and walked away. I ordered my latte but it was terrible. The milk was steamed in paper cup. It was disgusting. Tim’s is always so consistent but not this time. Go to Dunkin on Main Street. The donuts are not as good but the service is...

Was looking forward to trying Horton's line of to go food. Sandwhich availability was very very limited BUT outdated. The baloney was dated Feb.29 and there is no such date.but in addition..the ham and baloney sandwhiches were not the right color. I told mid eastern gentleman behind the register, he made no effort to remove the outdated food. The coffee mixers/staff were in great need of training. One was trying to help the other..but there was dangerous steam pouring out of machine. The saving food was the.delicious blueberry muffin. I stopped by 4 hours later after shopping and sandwiches...
