Stopped in for lunch, as we were driving by. Appeared clean, but in need of an update. Around 2:30 on a Monday, it was fairly busy. Friendly counter staff. Decent amount of pizza options at the counter. My husband got a regular slice and a veal parmagiana hero. He enjoyed the slice with a nice crunch to the crust and not at all greasy. He also liked the Veal parmagiana hero, perfectly well done as he enjoys it. As I tasted the Veal, it was chopped into little bites, a generous portion, and flavorful. I had the deep dish regular slice. Again, it was not greasy at all, and the cheese pull was incredible. I bit into a nice, soft layer, and then the crispy crunch of the crust. I also tried a mozzarella stuffed garlic knot. Again, great cheese pull. The garlic was powder dusted on top and was a little burnt tasting, but still a solid knot. Overall, it was a good experience.

We've been eating our way around NY pizza for a week now, from Manhattan to Brooklyn. Tony's beats them all. You can eat the crust like bread. The cheese stretches like angels' hair. And the sauce is the perfect balance of tangy & sweet. Best of all, the price is a steal, $5 for 2 generous slices. We found the place thanks to the recommendation of a local. We'll be back for the spaghetti.

Good pizza. Place is small and dated, not somewhere I'd go for an outing. The credit card machine also wasn't working when I came. But if you're getting takeout, the pizza is good. Website and menu pieces are outdated. I'm adding photos of the current menu.

OK my dear granite starters, this memorial day weekend I had the opportunity to go home to my old stomping grounds in Medford NY. Here is the example of real pizza , the crown jewel on how it's done. If anyone from New England visit Long Island NY, recommend you stop in at Tony's Pizza in Medford NY. Try a sicilian slice of pizza . If you ever have the opportunity to eat here you will understand why I am so hard on New Hampshire pizza. But ther is more to it then that, when you make pizza on a professional level there has to be a passion behind it. Use the best ingredients, best cheese, season to perfection. Oregano, basil, garlic, onion. Find...

Used to be a every other week customer, and I have officially stopped ordering from Tony's. We ordered pin wheels, they were literally burnt so bad they weren't edible, the pizza was rock hard, the pasta fagioli was like chicken broth (no red broth what so ever), their garlic knots were hard etc. We called back and complained, walked in the guys were arguing told us they couldn't replace the pinwheels nor the pasta & the pizza still sucked. Very disappointed, I moved back here from NC craving Tony's and they let really let me down. I kept trying for over a month and after this last experience I...
