Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Brunswick

Getting in here is a chore, cant blame Dunkin for that being all locals know traffic in this area sucks. But once in their parking lot, it's not easy getting back out without waiting in the drive thru line for a bit. Theirs a big wall on one side and the building on the other leaving little room to squeeze by the drive through line and that's only if the drive through patrons stick tight to the left otherwise your waiting in line with them until you get up near the speaker thingy. On the plus side the coffe was good and the girl at the window was quick and friendly. Over all Dunkins coffe prices have gotten too high so I've reduced my visits drastically, opting for better tasting and far less expensive Stewart's coffee. The only time I visit Dunkin anymore is when I'm pressed for time and just dont have the time to find my caffeine elsewhere. As for the convenience factor of their drive thru. The food was typical for a Dunkin’ Donuts, so it doesn’t change between stores much. However, the service was sub-par. The lady serving us (who appeared to be the manager) was indifferent, off-putting, and plain rude. She was not kind to her employees. “This isn’t clean because some idiot before us didn’t clean it up.” She was speaking very loudly, so we could hear most everything she was saying. She said to one of the new employees, “sorry, this isn’t usually how it goes, it’s really stressful.” At first, I chalked up the service to her being overwhelmed (I mean, we all have our bad days), but I looked through past reviews and it seems to be a pattern.
