My coworker and I used to be avid customers at this Taco Bell location but we no longer are or recommend anyone to waste their money and time on this negative environment. The employee, Alexis H., who is typically at the window (looks about mid twenties with glasses and brown hair) always has one of the most atrocious attitudes I have ever encountered. Her lack of understanding and consideration is beyond measured and is not reflective to Taco Bells customer service expectations. Her uncanny comments mixed with her uncomfortable stares, creates an unwelcoming environment. The other day, it was disturbing to view a lack of sanitary standards when her pants were falling off her and she used the same gloves to lift them up to touch the door and carry the food. Today, we encountered another uncomfortable situation where my coworker placed an order and accidentally asked for a cup of ice instead of water. At the window, she asked politely if it could be filled with water and the woman at the window proceeded to have an attitude and started grunting. The manager decided to chip in and make an unnecessary comment about us being there “everyday” which I think is extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. When my coworker went to pay, she forgot that she had her card blocked and when it was declined, the woman at the window proceeded to yell out it was declines to her coworkers and everyone started to gather and make comments about us taking four minutes when we were the only ones in line. We were told to have a great day with a loud door slam, but we didn’t feel comfortable saying it back since we were disgusted by their immature behavior. I understand the structures of the restaurant and the importance of time for employees, but instead of these individuals being reasonable and considerate, they were rude and extremely unprofessional.
I would not recommend this establishment to anyone until they have respectable people on staff who has some compassion and values the...
Read moreI am disgusted, disappointed, and all-around displeased with this location. I have a bad allergy to fresh cheese, milk, creams, and yogurts. I placed an order through doordash, I customized my order to reflect this allergy. (Yes I can eat a dorito shell and get away without a serious reaction) however when I placed my order for the crunchwrap box, I had noticed that restaurant was not accepting any notations in the box provided that I could add that I had an allergy, so I selected "contact me", to be proactive I even attempted to call the location to make sure they knew. Well, of course the phone just rang about 20 times then hung up with a click... defeated all I could do was hope they did it right when it was delivered. Nope not at all, my dorito taco was covered in cheese and my frozen drink arrived 2/3's full....I am noting that I paid extra for both items. I tried calling the restaurant again, but again no answer. I am livid. Had I not seen the cheese I would have had an extremely bad reaction. This is NOT okay, if people click no cheese on all their options it should be a giveaway that they have an allergy being that the restaurant does not allow you to add in any comments to your order. This is not the first time Tacobell has disregarded my allergy, and it doesn't matter if the order is placed in person, via drive through, or through the app. Each time I have to go through every item if I am in person to verify that the order is correct, and 90% of the time it is not. This has also happened at the tacobell location in North Greenbush and Latham. I never plan to ever order from TacoBell again. Clearly, their staff does not care about the impact certain foods have on individuals. Not only is this concerning but hazardous. I do not recommend this location or any Tacobell for that matter if you...
Read moreWent in to pick up my (paid for) mobile order yesterday. My food was placed on the to go tray on the counter as usual, I went to go pick it up and the lady behind the counter grabbed my hand and the bag and wouldn't let me take my order. She became very aggressive, and started talking down on me. I showed her my phone and the mobile receipt. She then raised her voice and told me “that is not how it works at this taco bell, and if you do not like it don’t come back” still holding my food from me. At this point I felt very disrespected and uncomfortable as everyone in the restaurant started watching. I have never experienced this before at a taco bell, and I almost always mobile order. I became uncomfortable with her staring at me and treating me like a little kid. I said to her “Ok l understand please give me my order” to which then she pushed my order into me, rolled her eyes and walked away. I got into my car to leave, and as I was leaving she was in the drive thru window along with 2 of her coworkers pointing at me in my car, sticking their heads out of the drive thru window and yelling something at me, mind you a customer was waiting to give them their card at this time too. When I finally arrived home and wanted to eat my food, my volcano taco had no shell, and my crispy chicken taco looked as if someone mushed it together with their hands. Needless to say; I will never be returning to this taco bell establishment, I am very disappointed that this is allowed there, and probably will get away with it. Never felt so uncomfortable and disrespected in my life. I recommend driving the extra 10-15 minutes and going somewhere where you wont feel disrespected and borderline harassed for picking...
