Two Brothers Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Cairo

I love this place! When Brian's cooking everything comes out perfect to or better than perfect. Not to say when the other guys cooked it isn't perfect. But Brian is the best. There's always a healthy amount of toppings when ordered, the Pizza is never Burnt, or under cooked.

That being said I do miss one amazing thing, when they first opened they had a family-size calzone it was absolutely amazing. I really do hope they bring it back.

Check out this place on Mondays and Tuesdays between 5 and 8 I think, he usually has an all-you-can-eat buffet, I think the best menu I had in there was any pizza slices you wanted Buffalo macaroni and cheese perfectly cooked beef slices in gravy and spaghetti and meatballs. It's a small buffet but it's delicious. Usually consisting of four five items on the menu. Not bad for 12 bucks... My family two kids and a wife eat there often and we order out to our job frequently.

Food is good but they fail to inform their customers that if you use Credit Cards verses Cash there is a Credit Card Fee that is labeled as Cash Adj Fee on the receipt. Asked about it and was told "Honestly I don't know what it is" but upon further investigation, it is infact a fee for using a credit card over cash. It is one thing if an establishment has a sign stating this, it is another thing to not even let your customers know. In my eyes that is Theft and I may never come back because of this. Sucks because the food was actually really good compared to other food joints in the area. Shame on you Two Brothers Pizza for stealing from customers. Decided to order 2 large pizzas today, since they are close by and we have had the pizza before. When I got there , pizza was ready on time for pickup, however, when I went to pay I noticed a "no cash Charge" on my credit card bill. I questioned what this was. At first the young lady said she didn't know, but then said it was a charge for using a credit card, instead of cash. When I told her I have never paid that fee before she advised me they just started charging this fee. No where is it posted at the counter or on the door, nor was I informed before I paid my bill. I would have paid cash had I known. I was a bit annoyed, but paid my bill and left. Sorry to say that the pizza is ok, (not great,) and because of this issue, I will not be coming back again....
