McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Camillus

Food was decent, although a bit pricey. Furthermore, a particular member of the staff ( of whom I know not the name, nor can I recall their features) was rather rude to us. After a mere minute or so, they insisted that we either bought food or left. Now, I fully understand this policy, yet she was extremely rude about it. Besides, it's McDonald's. If you're not going there for food, why would you ever want to go there? In comparison to other fast food chains I've been to recently, I think Wendy's fares far better. The prices can mostly be around the same, for instance the 4 for $4 can be compared to the two cheeseburger meal. Don't confuse yourself though, the 4 for $4 is much better (and cheaper). In addition, the last three times I have been to Wendy's, each employee I interacted with smiled and treated me as a customer, not a burden. The last time, an employee noticed that I happened to be alone, and actually talked to me and offered a hidden deal for a free frosty. That's what I call helpful staff. I've had no such experience with McDonald's, nor do I expect one in the future. If you only care of food, you'll be fine here. Just don't expect the majority of workers to have any heart in...

Always fast service with very minimal wait. Never had a problem with the taste either. Ocassionally something may be a miss (like the fryer taking a little longer to cook an item) but that doesnt deter from the great service and menu options. Two other great things this restaurant has is actual kiosks you can place your order at (stll can do it with the person at the register if wanted as well)to customize your meal to your liking. Also here at this location your McFlurry is actually spun using the machine as well, not handspun like some other locations. And no thats not because the machine is broken either...(hint hint training). Table service is a nice feature that is offered although not expected from a fast food restauarant and the rules regarding any obscene behavior or profanity (especially being across from a school) will not be accepted is a nice added benefit as well. Makes you welcome to come in and enjoy a meal or take it out. All in all a great restaurant with great staff and good attitudes. Oh yah and...

Today was the worse service and i attend this restaurant every day before work they got my sandwich wrong and when i gave back to manager on duty he stated that i didnt say that i didnt want cheese so they fixed sandwich again second time they added ham dont eat pork so twice they fixed it wrong and i asked everyday for fresh cookies and they weren't fresh today they heated them up in microwave i was upset and left because it was time for me to go to work but a employee asked me when i was upset and leaving can he help me with something i stated today was worse service i have gotten today.
