1/30/25 Review Okay folks... Back to bringing you what brings people together the best... Great food and amazing company! And this place doesn't fall short of either of those! As a Cali girl gone east coast, lemme tell youuuuuu! This place is the closest thing to LA home cooking I've had in yearrrrrsss. And the service, hands down it was like being around familia! Late post but hands down a must try, no questions asked! You won't regret it!

2/14/25 Review When asked by my friend and her mom where we should spend our 'Galentines together at to celebrate us gal pals, all I could think of was here! The best most authentic home cooked meals I could think of in all of New York! I still stand by my last review of here, and they never fail me after a 40 minute drive, worth the trip! I've eaten at every Mexican spot in our area. This place wins. First, the place is spotless. Not even so much as a speck of dust or debris throughout the entire dining room. Bathrooms were sparkling clean and smelled pleasant. The service is impeccable. Fast, friendly, and quick to offer favorites and popular dishes. The food is what blew me away. Look - when you like Mexican food and eat a bunch of it, over time it tends to all taste the same. Laguna isn't like that. I ordered multiple appetizers and a few different entrees. Every single dish was spot on. Every smell, flavor, and texture was there. Perfect.

I have been eating at Laguna for many years. It is the most authentic and delicious Mexican food in the Hudson Valley. Until now, it was a grocery store with a take out counter and limited seating in the store. They have now opened a restaurant with a full bar with quite a tequila and mezcal selection. What more could you want...true Mexican home cooking, very reasonable prices, and attentive service. It is my go to spot at least...
