The Mahopac Inn — Restaurant in Town of Carmel

Thank you to The Mahopac Inn, Wendy & Anthony for helping my wife throw an amazing 50th Birthday party for me.

Everything was above and beyond our expectations.

Anthony helped plan a perfect menu for 130 people, and the quality and quantity of the food was spot on. The bar staff hustled all night and made sure spirits were pouring and no one had an empty glass. Wendy made sure everything was running seamless with the setting up, decorating, service throughout the night, and making sure all our guests were happy.

We had half the restaurant sectioned off for our guests for food service, games, slideshows on the tv's and decorations, while we used the other half for dancing and having fun with a dj playing all night.

If you're looking to do an event with excellent food, spirits, and service, I highly recommend The Mahopac Inn. No detail was overlooked and they delivered on all our expectations discussed in the planning process.

We placed an order through grub hub via Mahopac Inn’s website because that’s the only delivery service that is available via Mahopac Inn, who cannot find a delivery driver to deliver their orders. The Grub Hub driver never called us that our food was delivered even though they were requested to do so. We waited a long time before we called Mahopac Inn to see where our order was. Mahopac inn & Grub Hub was admitted that we had to pay again to replace our original order before they replace anything. Neither company was accountable or sympathetic. Every menu item is exceptional from the terrific Grilled Chicken Wraps to the always excellent burgers and Penne a la Vodka Chicken. Great for kids too with darts and a pool table among other games. Over a dozen big screen TV's for the sports nuts and ChiveTV for those interested in other fun diversions similar to "America's Funniest Home Videos." Relaxed atmosphere with superior bartenders and wait staff. Great tap beers including Guinness and other favorites.
