McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Champion

This McDonald's has a track record of disappoinment. I eat here often because there's not much else to choose from in town. The quarter pounder meat should be cooked fresh every order, but hardly ever is. The nuggets have been old every time except once. (My daughter was amazed!) They are always handing out drinks covered with soda/coffee on the outside of the cup (RUDE). It takes two seconds to wipe off the cup before handing it out the window.

The fries on the other hand are always fresh. I wish they put this much attention into the freshness of the rest of their food.

They have two drive thru lanes, but only one person taking orders most of the time. Normally two lanes would speed things up, but the employee messes up all the time because they're trying to multitask. I've been charged for the wrong meal even after I say that's not what I ordered. 🙄

Ohhhhh my opinions on McDonald's really vary each time I go. As of lately, the past few times I've gone, my fries are almost always cold and soggy. And when I've gotten breakfast, my breakfast bagels are also cold and very dry. I feel like I'm not allowed to call and say anything because they just assume I'm trying to get a free meal. But when I ask for my bagel to be a little extra toasted and it comes out cold and dry or basically burnt its frustrating. Id understand if they were absolutely slammed when I came through... but they're usually pretty dead when I go. Also a few times now, some of the staff has come off miserable. I understand fast food is absolutely stressful, some customers can be an absolute nightmare. I also understand they have times they have to meet in order to keep things moving smoothly. I just wish there was a way they could manage both keeping up on their times and...

McDonald's refuses to cater to individuals with special diets. They advertised a special 2 for $3.33 which is the sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin, I requested these sandwiches minus the sausage. The drive thru teller wanted to charge me for a sausage egg cheese biscuit which is not what I ordered and is completely different and costs more money. A good practice for businesses is to be able to serve your customers and think outside of the box. Remember customers want to get the most for their dollar and it still saves your company money because you can keep the sausage. I went down the road to the Lowville location and they were able to fulfill my order with great customer service. Shame on your franchise for not being accommodating and providing excellent...
