I agree with other commenters on here who complain about the customer service rudeness as I was accused of lying when I said a food item was burnt and had to send pictures to an employee. That did not help as the employee said my complaints were invalid and refused to refund me and also had an attitude over the phone.
The employee told me that I can't just take your word for it because then I would have to take everyone's word for it. The complete item list was a medium pizza and fettuccine Alfredo. If I was lying I would've said everything was burnt as the complete order was $32.37 USD. $10.99 for Pizza and $6.99 for the fettuccine. I also bought a bottle of water and 4 cups of blue cheese.
The pizza was amazing and fantastic with no complaints to report about that portion of the meal.
The final result ended up being that I called corporate and they agreed to refund me for the fettuccine. The rudeness can be heard in a lot of these employees. It is sad and unfortunate, however it is very common and based on others experiences: burnt food and rude behavior is common and my experience here adds to that.
If it was not for corporate, I would not be receiving a refund. I thank them for their professionalism. It seems that at times corporate is more knowledgeable and respectful than the store itself. In my case even sending pictures to an employee for a refund was still met with resistance with him lecturing me on what is a refund. It is not fair to me and the other customers who patronize a business like this. It behooves me to think that anyone would make up that the food they are tasting is burnt and not good. Seeing the other commenters in the same position, I know I am not alone.
Unfortunately it was time that I lost out of my day, a while on the phone with that employee from this store and the corporate entity. Fortunately corporate understood and resolved the issue immediately and without delay.
Sometimes on these reviews, establishments will comment that you did not order from here to try and cast doubt on the review or the customer itself, so to save any doubts:
My order number was 286 at this location. I do advise those not to go here for food, as you will be disappointed in the outcome if you do end up going. You will be met with rude behavior and burnt items. If you complain they will not help you out and you would have to go to corporate in the...
Read moreI ordered $37 worth of food for the game in advance so I wouldn't miss kick off. The guy called and said he was in my driveway behind my car. I told him he wasn't as the ring didn't go off, nor did I have a car in the driveway as it was in the Garage. He hung up and left it at that house anyways. As soon as he hung up I ran out and confirmed it wasn't there. I immediately jumped in the car hoping to be able to locate the car/food and called the store. I was met with completely rude and unhelpful behavior. I was told everything from that I was being rude to them, that I got my food and they couldn't help me, that I was making up details (I was told my male neighbor confirmed I got it, I only have single female neighbors) and that I was lying and I do have a car in my driveway. I simply asked them to redeliver my order and that I was pregnant and that this level of treatment was absolutely uncalled for. I was hung up on over 7 times, I was told they would investigate and call me back. I asked if they had my number and was told "I'm talking to you now." I said "ok I just want to make sure so the excuse isn't that you have it" he said "i'm looking at it now" so I said "great just read it to me then." he said "this isn't tit for tat." i said "sir, it's not I paid for this food and I've been more than tolerant, if you're looking at it why expend more effort than just conriming the number." he read it and hung up. After the 3rd call I even began recording and was told that it wasn't going to do me any good. After about an hr of this nonsene the driver told me he would provide me a stipulation (to get the food I already paid for over an hr ago) to text his personal cell and pic of my house bc it was left on my porch, which I kept telling them I did not have. Finally the manager decided to look up my house and the driver said... oh thats not where I left it. I can not believe I had to go through all of this to get food I paid for (at the end of the day 2.5 hrs prior to getting it). Oh and I missed kickoff and the first touchdown of the game. Of course I tried to contact corporate like they teased me with bc if I couldn't "let him speak" (he was simply talking over me telling me I got it and was lying) I could "deal with corporate" but theres no actual customer...
Read moreI would like to note that I've rated this five stars insofar as my expectations of fast food pizza places is concerned.
As far as Domino's goes, this is my favorite location. While it is a new shop, my orders are always completed quickly and accurately. I frequently go in to pick up my orders, and the staff always greet me with a polite "hello, welcome to dominio's!" and a smile.
My food is tasty and consistent across my orders, and while not gourmet or the kind of "mom & pop pizza shop" delicious, it satisfies all the conditions of a satisfactory meal that hits the spot when a pizza craving comes along.
On the one occasion that I went to pick up my pizza, a different customer seemed to be having an issue with their order. The staff responded politely and in a manner I felt was genuinely apologetic. They gave the customer the item forgotten in the order for free AND offered a free appetizer of any kind on their next order. Given that the forgotten item was an order of breadsticks, I feel it was more than fair compensation.
My wife has Celiac disease, and despite the cautionary disclaimer that their gluten-free menu shares prep space with wheat products, she has never once suffered a reaction from their gluten-free pizza. According to her, while not perfect, the Domino's gluten-free pizza is good enough to satisfy the craving and the most consistently satisfactory she has had.
The store itself has always been kept neat and tidy whenever I've visited. They are obviously not meant to be a sit-down venue as seating is limited. My only qualm with the location is that parking is very limited and many spaces are often taken up by their delivery fleet. This doesn't tend to be a problem as visitors usually only stay a minute or two to pick up their orders and depart.
Overall I can confidently recommend this Domino's as a top notch option for the sudden pizza craving. While obviously a chain pizza place, it is consistent, reasonably priced, accurate, clean, and employs a polite,...
