I genuinely try to be understanding when it comes to working in the service industry and having to balance customers with supply chain, corporate policy, etc. However, the service at this location has consistently gone downhill. I understand if something happens and there's a reason that when you arrive to pick up your order at designated time but try to communicate with customers instead of side eye them and try to get away from having any sort of interaction with them.
I know it isn't easy and you get a lot of people who aren't understanding but it shouldn't be assumed that all customers are or that a customer is without even engaging. And if it is that difficult there are so many opportunities elsewhere that can fulfill your employment experience. The unfortunate thing too is that I see the most egregious behavior when it comes to customer service from those who are in higher positions at this location and the general staff tend to be kinder. However, that isn't going to stick when people see that is the norm of management.
Also the fairly recent sign plastered everywhere about "No refunds" despite any sort of service issue says a lot. It's almost like an insurance to the restaurant that they can act and mess up whatever and that by entering the location or choosing to engage customers are accepting they are not guaranteed to receive appropriate service... and that's okay! because the sign warned them....

She gave us our total and went over what was ordered (16 piece, which comes with 4 sides and 8 biscuits and we got 6 chocolate chip cookies). She went over everything and again said we we ordered crispy chicken (we did not). We told her no we want original. Now she says well we don't have a lot of original left, so you will get some original and the rest crispy. When we got home unfortunately we got all crispy. Not happy, we were hungry and ended pulling the crispy off. The crispy was over cooked and some of the pieces the crispy was rock hard. Come on KFC check out your locations. Your brand used to be so much better than this. Food wise and employee wise. A little spot checking once in a while would be a good wake up call. Especially, for those franchisees who forgot why they wanted to buy in to KFC to begin with. It's like some of them have lost their way and...
Read moreI placed an online order and they said it would be done in 10 minutes which was perfectly fine so I sat in the parking lot for 10 minutes waiting…in that 10 mins exactly two cars came and other than that it was absolutely dead yet my food was not done at the allotted time. I went to the drive thru to pick up my app order and was told I had to come in…I don’t get why but ok. I go in, order isn’t ready still and then I’m told they are out of coleslaw because the truck didn’t come in which they can’t help especially with out weather so I choose another side…the customer service was TERRIBLE, clearly they didn’t want to be at work. My lemonade tasted like water literally which you could see because it only had the lightest yellow tint to it.
