Listen I wish people would stop acting like there food critics because they’d ate at some mom and pop shop and now there a foodie no offense but your opinion sucks on food if you base it on that . Unlike myself I’m from CHICAGO a City Idc what anyone from this area says knows food and has a way better taste of Chicago than here with that being said I’m very happy Pizza Hut return to the area we need more chain restaurants bring back Krispy Kreme and even bring a White Castle here stop being biased about these places if Buffalo’s wants to be part of the US restaurant industry accept chain restaurants otherwise be stuck in the stone ages. The pizza was great seeing this is a Typical Pizza Hut I mean while I waited I checked outed the other surrounding spots like wegmans while my food was being prepared by the time I got back I was handed a hot fresh pan super supreme pizza check it out and keep your timing right you won’t be disappointed I never had an issue take it from A foodie fatty like myself you’ll be fine don’t be impatient have patient otherwise go to McDonald’s if you want fast garbage food cold...

If you are disabled and use curbside pickup, don’t order pizza from this location. I’m disabled and I placed my order for curbside pickup. I called the restaurant 4 times while waiting 20 minutes. A general receptionist answered the phone and told me they would contact the restaurant. The third and fourth time I called, I was transferred directly to the restaurant and no one answered the phone. I ordered delivery from Genesee street location in Cheektowaga NY at 8:10 pm and never got my order although it was marked as delivered at 8:43 the same time I got the message it was leaving the store. When I called the store the guy that answered indicated he would call the driver put me on hold and then hung up on me. When I called back the phone rang and rang until I was pushed to customer service to order whom did nothing to help but reroute my call back to the store after this circle went on three more times we finally got a number for corporate office and left a Complaint.
