Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Cheektowaga

Every year Starbucks releases their pumpkin cream cold brew and every year it comes out only good in the beginning. After some time workers get lazy and instead of “foaming” the pumpkin cream they just pour it right in. I have visibly watched them do this when they do this the drink tastes like pure heavy cream and it’s so disgusting. Two days ago I send my brother in to order one for me, my brother walks out with it and my cup is litterally heavy cream. I go back inside and request they remake a drink I just paid $7 for but this time I request they foam it so I can get my moneys worth and I am responded with extreme sass with one of the workers who continues to argue with me and tell me that the foam mixes with the drink over time. I tell the man I understand that OVER TIME it will mix in slowly, my brother walked out with this drink just 2 minutes later and I know for a fact that they just poured the heavy cream in it. Bc I’ve had this drink MANY times and when done correctly it takes TIME for the cream to seep in. NOT TWO MINUTES. Need I mind you there was absolutely no foam at the top. Mariah/ Moriah (not sure how it was spelled) was so kind and understanding with me! i always get white mocha in my iced coffee and i pulled up to the speaker to see the note that they were out:( The line was loooongggggg so i felt terrible when i pulled up and realized i had no idea what i wanted to order. However, Mariah was so sweet when i told her what i usually get and asked her if she could make something she thought would be similar. She explained a few things she was thinking of and i just told her to make whatever she thought would be best—as im not too picky of a person. It really was a great experience to know she cared about what i was ordering instead of just rushing me out of the line (yanno what usually happens at tim hortons lol). People complain that Starbucks is expensive in comparison to dunkin/tim hortons but the service at starbucks is unmatched. When i got to the window she came right over to make sure i liked my drink and even offered to make something else if i didn't like it. (I did like it Haha) She asked if i wanted anymore sweet cream and i did so she gave me a little cup to add it to my coffee. I stopped by Starbucks while I was in Target to get something to drink and I had to literally walk away before I said something rude. There were 2 people “working” when I arrived. I stood in line with one other person in front of me for 5 minutes. When I got to the register I ordered 2 drinks. I stood back and started to watch as the line started to back up and the one employee that was supposed to be making drinks was doing everything but making drinks. The other employee on the register would randomly leave the register to make a drink out of order. The people in front of me had received one of their drinks and stood there for 10 minutes waiting for their other drink. Then my boyfriend received his drink 5 minutes later. I was still waiting for mine when the employee decided to start wiping a counter down for 5 minutes before proceeding to just add to coconut milk to the pearls in mine. The fact that the drink itself cost a ridiculous amount of money is bad enough when I have to walk away and start to shop just to not be rude to one of your employees for not actually working.
