I had the roast beef on weck with 3 mild fingers and fries. For dessert I tried the Apple logos and a scoop of ice cream.

The roast beef was not juicy and the bun had WAY too much salt on top which I rubbed off with my finger. It was a good bun otherwise, not something like a fast food joint. The fingers were awesome! They reminded me of Buffalo Wild Wings’ boneless buffalo wings. However, my wife ordered chicken fingers as well for a main meal and they were significantly larger than my fingers.... The fries that I received came in a cute little basket but it seems I got all the odds and tiny ends. My wife got longer fries but she complained (to me) that they were all over heated-burnt. We still ate our food.

For dessert I tried the apple logs and ice cream. It was explained to me that they were deep fried pieces of apple pie cut in half, I was sold. When it came out it looked appetizing, but there was more whipped cream than anything else. (See picture) The apple pie logs lacked apple, there was more deep fried pastry...it would be nice to have a lot more apple and apple filling (maybe smothered across the plate?). There only remained 1 large scoop of ice cream in the center of the plate, which was not enough for the amount of dough I had to consume. I won’t be eating this disappointing dessert again unless it’s changed, but again, it looked really good!

Overall, the service was excellent, and I had no problems with our waitress, very kind and charming. She brought out our orders promptly, and continuously asked how our meals were.

I will come here again...

We took the family there since they have a great variety menu. When we sat down, there was a vent above us blowing cold air, when asked if we can move she said that all the vents were pushing out cold air. My husband ordered meatloaf, which came out and was beyond dry, mashed potatoes were cold as well. I ordered the banana pepper burger medium. It was a frozen beef patty that came out dry and well done and barely warm at best. I ordered a Blue Light draft, and she brought it and I asked the waitress if it was Bud light and she said no. I then said it doesn’t taste like Blue but whatever. She walked away. When I asked for another drink when I was done she came back and said it was in fact a Bud Light and got me a bottle of blue. Our waitress was far from attentive to check if anyone needed refills. (The restaurant was not busy at all) Two kids got the pizza which was actually good and made to order. My daughter got a hot dog which was cold and like rubber. Also the waitress didn’t bring out my husbands soup until he had his main entree and then we had to ask where the soup was. Only positives was the pizza and then the fact she removed the meatloaf and burger from our check. Terrible...

Start with the good:

Entered during a non busy time. Interior was VERY clean; staff very friendly; seating area was open and welcoming. Waiter was Zach, very knowledgeable and helpful. Food was the chicken finger sub and the colossal burger, both very tasty and above expectations

Now for the not so good:

Do NOT look on their online menu. We were told "that is a very old menu and I dont know why they havent updated it yet". We entered after viewing the menu and were shocked when most items were marked up $0.50 to $2 each. The sub was $1.50 more, the burger only $0.30. However, we were flabbergasted when the sub that was listed to include blue cheese was now removed and he was charged $1.00 (same as the wings menu...its extra to what everyone else includes free???!) We showed them THEIR website and their menu, it was said he would correct, but received our change back with NO correction. We tipped waiter kindly cuz not his fault and will seek eats elsewhere. Also, LOTS of upcharges hidden in menu so many "deals" arent really deals at all.

Pretty sad that such great food is managed this way. Tried something new, was nice, but...
