I ordered 2 heart shaped pizzas for Valentine's Day. It was getting a little later in the day than I expected to order so I called. They barely spoke English, now I understand why they want everything done online. And honestly that's completely okay, as long as I can actually put an order in. But they couldn't even understand what I was saying when I was telling them. I just wanted two heart-shap pizzas to be picked up.
I picked up the two heart-shaped pizzas brought them home. They honestly looked so delicious. I had them well done and they were perfectly well done except for when my daughter was chewing. Her pizza and a huge hair was melted inside the cheese and the dough that she ended up choking on and throwing up.
I work in hospitality and I completely understand things happen. But there should be no reason that a hair should ever be in your food. I can actually even understand if it was on top things happen, but the fact that it was actually melted in is completely disgusting. That's what they make hair nets for.
By that point I was already annoyed. So I didn't even bother calling and complaining.

The kitchen area was very messy, noone was wearing gloves or hairnets. I ate 1 piece of pizza and it was undercooked but fine otherwise. Then I bit into the 2nd piece and found a piece of hair. Then I looked over the rest of the pizza and found another hair. I called the restaurant for a refund and was told I had to call customer service. Called customer service and was told the only way to submit this type of complaint was on their website. So I did that and received an email that someone would reach out within 3 days but I never heard from anyone. So I sent another email and they still didn't respond. But I accepted it & chose to add to my order, they then decided to transfer me 1,000,000x to the direct store—who wasn’t answering btw, & finally I just asked for a supervisor.
