Worst service ever. Manager Andrew was extremely rude. The two orders before ours were inaccurate. Each time the manager was called to speak with a customer he was very rude and argumentative. Each order he tried to insist was correct, even when it obviously wasn’t. He huffed and puffed as he had to go fix the errors. Naturally, when our order came up it was incorrect. Apparently the cashier worker put in a “mighty pack” because she didn’t hear the “super” that I said. When I brought the incorrect food to the manager, he asked for our receipt (he obviously didn’t want to do the work of going back two transactions on his register. I told him the order number to which he relied “that’s good enough”. He was lied to the register furthest away from me and said “get over here”. At first I didn’t know he was speaking to me as I was shocked a manager would speak to a customer in this fashion. The other patrons in the restaurant were equally horrified. One of the customers in line said she got a totally wrong order from the same location last week at the take out window. There really is absolutely no excuse for speaking to a customer in that manner. We use to come to this location weekly. We will no longer be eating at Mighty Taco. I can not believe that a locally owned and grown company would support a staff member treating a customer in such a way. The actions of this one under qualified individual has caused Mighty Taco to lose...
Read moreCame here on 8/14 at 9:30 pm. Food turned out good, was taking long it’s alright they were working hard running around like crazy. A guy that must be the manager. Younger, Blonde hair with glasses wearing a black hat and shirt was clearly stressed and yelling at his staff. Screaming out the order numbers to the customers. He needed a chill pill STAT. I get the high stress and being a manager is hard, I’m one myself, but when one of your employees stops what he is doing to fully and loudly cuss you out and completely disrespect you in front of everyone and all us customers in line- it’s time to seek a new profession. Never experienced that in my life I was in shock. I wanted to leave so bad and probably would have if we didn’t order so much food. I don’t expect 5 star professionalism from fast food but come on. During high stress the manager needs to remain calm, encourage the team and get the job done. Not drive your team to be so fed up with you they just snap. The owner needs to do an entire rehire and based on these reviews all stating the same thing about the staff- it doesn’t seem like the owner really cares. Anyways, I think I’ll just stick to the drive thru next time to avoid the verbal abuse and uncomfortableness, too bad the staff is so unprofessional but the food...
Read moreSo the pictures attached are what is being posted in clear view of customers from the counter. This is absolutely not the way to handle disciplinary issues, and any manager with any sense knows that. This goes to show how the employees are treated here. This is terrible leadership from everyone involved, and is clearly coming from corporate, and an area/district manager, down a chain of command to store management. It's no wonder this place can't keep any employees or managers around, and are always short staffed. Hence there's only 3 total people working during a busy peak, and it then takes 20+ minutes to receive what was ordered a lot of the time. Numerous other reviews have said the same, and some other restaurants are NOT this short staffed. Maybe the corporate and district/area manager should worry about those issues instead of someone's shirt or name tag. Also, the flies at the pop machine up front are gross. But how does the company expect anyone to get to it when there's 3 people working????? Incredibly mind boggling how whoever is in corporate/district management here...
