While I have grown up on their candy, their sponge candy sine they were over on Harlem rd, today was a horrible experience. While cashing out the woman who was clearly from the back of the house was annoyed that she had to help apparently. She huffed and puffed when I asked if there was a box for my bunnies , then grabbed a random cardboard box, and I thought she misunderstood what I had asked so I then asked if there were boxes for the big bunnies , to which she told me after I cashed out that there weren’t. I had asked about the rewards that all the other customers and cashiers were talking about and she huffed at me again like I was annoying her! Pointed at the screen and told me “phone number”. She was completely Miserable. Didn’t say anything to me throughout the whole transaction. Once she told me there weren’t boxes big enough I asked for a refund for all of my purchase ( and while I realize more than $100 isn’t a lot for this time of year but that’s a lot for me. And after being treated like that I wasn’t giving them a penny. I am shaken still and upset that my kids Easter won’t come from wahls like every other year. Read moreI placed an order about a month before Easter and received it promptly. 12 boxes were wrapped beautifully---but not labeled as to their contents and they were all different. I called to see if there was some marking hidden and was told I needed to open each box to find out what was inside. I received a bunny with a missing ear with no response from my e-mail to customer service. The creamsicle fudge was lumpy. I could have used a replacement of a dozen flat, empty, boxes and wrapping paper so that I could repackage my gifts so that they did not look regifted after I had to open and reseal them. I would have liked a replacement lollipop rather than a disappointed little girl.The chocolate products are good but they need work on customer service and packaging. So sad to see this business...

Every chocolate in the display that we wanted just happened to be sold out, and when we asked what was available she kept saying whatever is in the case is what they have available. It would have been nice if they put a little sold out sign or removed it from the display so the customer would know before they would ask for it.
