We went through the drive thru Sunday and ordered 4 croissant sandwiches(and coffee).....the order came to $21 and some odd change. Since the sandwiches were 2 for 5 I had to ask at the window why it was so much $.... I was told it was only 2 for 5 for sandwiches with bacon (my order was 2 sausage, 1 ham and 1 bacon) now I have odered this at other dunkins without any issue of you have to have it bacon for the 2 for $5 price. We asked the VERY NICE cashier if we could change the oder to be all bacon since we didn't realize this dunkins was different then others. She was nice enough to adjust our oder but asked if we could drive back around through the drive thru as to not hold up the line. Since I worked at this dunkin donuts years before I understood the importance of keeping the drive thru moving....and they were doing a great job at it. However as I went to drive back through the line was out to the street. I parked my car and went in to pick up my breakfast sandwiches. They were ready in no time. Unfortunately when I got back to the car, there were only 3 sandwiches not 4. I went back in and explained the situation. The sandwich making lady insisted she put 4 in the bag, she tossed the bag a side and left it sit there for quite sometime. While waiting and waiting for my sandwiches the manager walked by and the sandwich lady spoke to her about how I had order 4 sandwiches they changed my order and now I was claiming that all my sandwiches were not in the bag and she insisted that she knew they were. I am sorry about the change in my order, I know the sandwich station is not easy. Anyhow after she was done speaking with the manager I asked to speak to the manager to try to insure that I did not take a sandwich out of the bag to try to scam a free one. I aked if she would like to ckeck my car? She responded very curtly "NO, YOU GOT YOUR SANDWHICH NOW YOU CAN GO" I stood there shocked at how rude the "Manager" was. I repeated that I wasn't scamming a sandwich and she again stated "you got your sandwiches now, you can leave" it was bad enough that the sandwich maker tossed my bag aside and left me to wait an extended period of time while she was making an obvious fuss that all 4 sandwiches were in the bag.... but for the "Manager" of the shop to be so rude and curt without even pretending to care what I had to say is totally...
Read moreRude and unprofessional customer service. Employees don’t even know how to take order for mini bagels. What the heck they thought? I wanted free food from them? Hell no. I was just trying to explain them that their mini bagels come in 2 pc which is common in every other dunkin. When I order five 2pcs mini bagels, they gave us only 5 single pieces. When I asked them about it, one of them understood, and took a packet back from me (which I did not ask her to, if they don’t have policy to take food back, it’s not my problem that their employee did, so there is no point of coming at me for it), all 3 employees started fighting about it with me and my family. One of them came out and start talking rudely instead of trying to help and find out what’s going on. The girl who was making food, touched our food without changing gloves. She is the one sound dumb and was counting mini bagels in single pieces instead of understanding that one pack came in 2pcs. I left without taking rest of the order cuz i don’t wanna argue about a simple thing, the environment already became very uncomfortable for me and my family as they were trying tell me that I m trying to get extra without paying with their words and behavior. I threw the packet I got in the garbage because I am sure she didn’t change the gloves while making it. I would have rated them zero if there was...
Read moreI only ever really stop at opening time on Fridays, & I always feel horrible because it’s basically as soon as they open, and I’ve worked enough food-related jobs to know you’re usually not the most favorited customer of the day when you show up AT opening. But I wanted to review just because I WISH Dunkin had online tipping. Like I said, I’ve worked a ton of food related jobs- I can’t help but tip for services. However I don’t carry cash & I always use the app :( One day I’ll have cash on me but also maybe one day Dunkin will add the option to the app! Who knows. I know a tip is better than nothing but I feel odd leaving $2-$3, no matter what they make per hour.
Anyway thanks for showing up to work before the suns up guys! Us 3rd shifters appreciate you. (All of you!) I do however wish I knew why sometimes the croissants are seemingly un-toasted and sometimes they’re burnt black. Uuuuusually they’re good but sometimes man, sometimes. (Yes I obvi like them toasted, who doesn’t?)
I will say one more thing, this location NEEEEEDS a bigger parkinglot- we all know this. You guys do great during rushes keeping it going but still. When there’s people parked in THATTT spot (we all know where) & you’ve got a line around the building? Those people can’t...
