I would give this restaurant no stars if I could. I had worked here a couple years prior, the managers Angelina Rose and a man named Steve were courteous, polite, phenomenal, and professional as managers during the two years I worked there. From 2018-2019, I broke my leg and ankle, and had to undergo a leg rebuild surgery. Recovery took longer than was expected and I was let go, but I was told that when I had fully recovered that I would be welcomed back. When I reapplied, there was an interview. The first day of work, I showed up to let the new manager know I was there to get my employee numbers and start work, but I was ignored at the front counter. I waited for the manager to come out and greet me, she came out to the diningroom, ignored me when I tried to gain her attention, she walked around the store a couple of times, then went back behind the counter. I again tried to inform someone I was there for an interview, and was ignored once again. Extremely offended, I waited for almost an hour before, then I left. I haven't been back there since, I did recieve a letter from Carroll's stating that I was terminated from a job that didn't even give me employee numbers, or hire me to begin with, so I put the letter of termination on file in my records and reported Burger King to the...

She acted like she did not even want to be there or do her job? didn’t know there was no ice until after I ordered my order. She did not say there was no ice when I ordered my drinks as the fountain is on the other side and you get your drinks after you order. there were several people in there that were very disappointed. There was no ice and she didn’t inform them that there was no ice when the manager left. She told us to go to the front desk to get Ice so that’s what we did and she said there is no Ice, but another customer service lady was giving out ice. I will be calling the corporation informing them of how this customer service treated me. There was no need for it. She definitely does not need to have her job or she needs to be retrained on customer service. After they rung it up they deleted it off screen and rang in other products, before I could correct them I was told that I could get my total at the window.... For the meal I ordered total was 7 09+ tax, when I got to window was told my total for whole order was $23 and change, so I asked for receipt, they had rung in wrong sandwich by itself at $5.39, chicken fries at 2.99 and s med drink at 1.99. So a 7 09 meal became $10+ when I pointed out the mistake on their part I was told, oh you can't sub that item..... So I asked why I was told differently at the speaker, which I got no answer, I hot attitude from the 2 young ladies, and the manager who was on hand could not be bothered, gave the girl a refund of 3.23 for the chicken fries to give to me after I said I did not want them, they didn't give us the normal fries for the combo we were supposed to give and still over charged for the meal....
