Pizza 151 — Restaurant in Town of Chili

I called to order wings, pizza and soda for delivery 🚚 with an extra side of blue cheese. I order the same order every two weeks from Pizza 151. When I placed the order this time I was quoted a price that was about $2.00 in change higher.

When I question the price the young person with little customer services skill was rude, telling me the price is the price. I didn’t like the treatment but I moved on and completed my order.

One hour later - still no pizza wings and soda. I called the store and was told it would arrive soon. It arrived and the food was cold and extra blue cheese I paid for was not included.

I called the store and spoke to the manager Josh. When I told him about the “Cold Food, Late Delivery that I paid for and the blue cheese that I paid for that was not included with the order I was shocked at the lack of resolve to make good 😌 on the service problem

The manage told me best he could do is give me a credit for the blue chess on my next order.

I told him a good customer recovery would be to re-deliver me warm food, and include everything I already paid for including the blue cheeses. He declined.

The food is okay, but there are a million pizza wing joints. I would not buy food from them again because if they make a mistake, they won’t do anything to back up there product or service.

What good is a credit for blue cheese going to do for wing order now or the cold food and long delivery.

Beware of this place!!!

Poor service, rude staff, no resolve for problem orders

The owner of 151 pizza in good faith did reply to my review and indicated an interest in resolving the issue. He indicated that customer service is important. I give them high marks for caring enough to respond, so I will try...

I have sworn by this place since i found them but i just had the most dissapointing customer service from a pizzeria ever. I placed an order at 4:30 and at 6 oclock my food had not arrived. This place is never late. I called and apprently my order wasnt in the system. They asked me if i called the wrong location but i literally redialed the number from my recent calls 🤦‍♂️ Then after waiting 90 minutes for my food the manager or whoever i talked to told me i could reorder the food at full price. The order wasnt in the system so theres nothing he can do. I literally told him what i ordered and the price of it. When we finished putting the order in again he said the price and i made the comment "wow the same amount i said earlier"... imagine that 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️I have managed a pizzeria for multiple years in the past and never would i have offered nothing to the customer in that situation. That is the shottiest form of customer service I've ever seen. They offered me zero anything in return for literally something that was the fault of the person who took the order, or managment. I have never been treated worse from a resturant who clearly were the ones in the wrong. To wait 2.5-3 hours for food is literally idiotic. Do better. Sad...

This is my favorite pizza place nearby! The quality is very consistent and the sweet sauce is amazing. I use my account to order online for pickup - there are always great coupons (choose from a dropdown, no need to have one handy), plus the ability to redeem my points. I typically get $10 off, if not a free pizza. My orders have always been ready on time.

I'm shocked at reviews citing horrible service. That is, until I read one that said "they cursed right back at me!" which says a lot about the reviewer. I have always had great service - full stop. Drop "the customer is always right" attitude and thinking you can curse at people and receive royal treatment for making a fuss. Mistakes happen, show some grace. Try being a decent and polite human being to work out any issues. It goes a long way.

I tip on the full amount before discounts are applied and on the rare occasion I order delivery, I've given the driver an extra $5-10 and they have, every single time, tried to refuse the extra saying "you already tipped"! I think this says a lot (and I always insist). Be the bright spot in someone's day!

I highly recommend Pizza 151 and I'm so glad to have them right...
