Not a bad Tim Hortons however not the very best either. These employees work their tails off and are usually short staffed to my eye because you see the employees bouncing around from place to place which puts them into a mood. If there was one or two more people staffed perhaps they wouldn’t be making faces all day. I was going here for about six months every Sunday over the spring/summer time and have since stopped around September 2017, and started to give Dunkin a try. They seem better staffed and a little bit more friendly too. Also, their garbages are not over flowing out of the trash receptacles either like Tim Hortons because they don’t have enough people to run out during a rush and to make sure the clients of theirs have a great experience. That is the most important thing having enough people to cut down on the mistakes and to keep the area clean to the eye. Usually whenever I come here there’s some sort of issue with my order but it’s always fixed. These things could easily be avoided. Other then those things not a bad little place to...
Read moreThe only reason I put two stars instead of zero is because the girl at the window was very nice and I got my food quickly. Otherwise, the girl who order at the drive-thru intercom was rude and sarcastic. When I ordered my drink I actually asked if they have the flavor for the latte because sometimes new seasonal flavors are unavailable. She says, "are you going to pick a size or what?" without answering my question. Then, when I ordered a grilled breakfast wrap, which on the menu only shows as sausage and doesn't list options, she's like "are you going to pick which kind or do you want me to pick for you?" in a nasty voice. There's absolutely no reason to be this rude at your job because I've worked at Tim Hortons for 4 years and I don't treat people like that even on my worst day. Whoever it was shouldn't be there if they can't handle talking to people on a...
Read morewent to this store with my mother at around 8am recently after leaving the ER and going home down the road and after she asked for extra hazelnut, the guy working window genuinely slammed the drive-thru window on us (no exaggeration here), sighed and turned his back giving us a glare. my mother can be difficult sometimes, but she only said there was no hazelnut flavoring in it at all and wanted more added to it.
he called a manager who had blue hair and seemed really aggressive with us over who started yelling at her, going back and forth, and they took the drink back but then completely overloaded it with hazelnut to the point she couldn't drink it.
as someone who works at a different tim hortons location it was genuinely unacceptable behavior and you should never slam the door on customers like that. it was awful esp after just getting out of...
