Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Chili

Only a few minutes ago on this very morning, my daughter went to go pick up our order(she always places thru the app)and she also always orders whipped cream on her coffee. The girl who "served" her was a BLK female with an afro(I'm only mentioning race, because my daughter doesn't know her name? We are also BLK women as well)and when my daughter tried asking her for the whipped cream(that was already supposed to be added to her drink)the girl told her that she didn't order it.....but it was selected on the app order. So, she asked if she could just have some WC added to her drink(which, every other Starbucks location has glady obliged and we've never had a rude employee before either)the girl said she isn't allowed to do it, but instead of just putting it inside of a different cup or whatnot, she handed my daughter a "Pup Cup" and as some ppl know, those are the cups they have for dogs?

When she got home, my daughter tried calling this SB and the girl who answered, apologized but said that they're not allowed to add anything to a customer's order items? Even after my daughter mentioned that none of the other locations had a problem adding what they were supposed to already do(especially, when it's THEIR mistake)she was passive and it didn't seem that the other employee would be reprimanded? I was on FaceTime with my kid during the transaction, and she was polite the entire time, while the employee had a terrible attitude. I was wrong for saying that Starbucks is the only place where the employees are respectable, and I'm not talking about all the...

Very disappointed, came to this Starbucks specifically before I had to be to work. Came in at 8:15 am on 11/3/2018 - 15 minutes after they open - and the barista stated that she could not serve me......because she spilled coffee. How long does it take to clean up coffe, or how about you work around it sense I want a frozen coffee and you obviously make that on the spot. Very dissatisfied, Dunkin donuts gets my...

Awful all around, staff spent most of the time standing around. Drinks were off, either wayyy too sweet or way too bitter. Would talk about customers essentially in front of them, complaining about making a cappuccino in front of the customer who ordered it. One employee gave up and handed it off to another employee. Mess all around and not worth it if you're looking for decent Starbucks unless they retrain...
