hello I went to the Tim Hortons across from the Wegmans on chili Ave Paul road what not I'm very dissatisfied very dissatisfied I ordered a simple order and then thought everything was fine took my order got three quarters of the way home decided to just to double-check the bag it was wrong I had to drive all the way back to get two items that I was charged for but not given very simple have to start was it on my order when we were all talking cuz I what I needed and account. Exactly how many muffins you had I go back I get my muffins I come back only to find that I was giving other muffins instead of the muffins that I ordered originally before the second bag that I had to go back and get on top of that they take a donut that's double dip their double chocolate and wrap it in a napkin instead of putting it in one of their other bags so now on top of having the wrong muffins and having to peel napkin off I get a broken screw it up donut for my son thank you so much keep up the good work and keep paying them all that money they get for not being able...

The 3 black girls that were working when I went were all standing and flirting with this guy at the counter while also being on their phones. I was at the drive-thru window so I could see everything. I placed an online order, and it took them 10 minutes to tell me that they didn't have what I ordered. They didn't even have my second choice! Oh I was livid because I was hungry and this was the second Tim that I went to with the same problem. Anyway, I spent 15-20 minutes at the drive-thru window just to get something that I didn't order and it look and taste sorry. I had to go to another establishment...
Read moreThere is a HUGE discrepancy in the efficiency and quality of service between the weekdays and weekends. No consistency at all. Drive through service is always fast and accurate during the day Monday through Friday but exactly the opposite on the weekend. Drive through service on the weekend is so slow, I've been in waited in line for over 20 minutes before! Additionally, once I finally get my order there is almost always something wrong with it, whether it's an ordered and paid for item is missing or there is a hair in my ice cream something always seems to be wrong. So... 5 stars for M-F days, 1 star for weekends. Giving it a 3 overall...
