I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Cicero location. From start to finish, the service was unprofessional and the food quality unacceptable. I picked up an order that was ice cold, like it had just come out of a freezer. When I called to address the issue, I spoke with Kylie, who identified herself as the manager.
Rather than listening or offering any assistance, Kylie was immediately argumentative. When I explained the timing of my order and pickup, she curtly responded, “Well, we’re not remaking this order, so what do you want?” I reminded her that good customer service is essential in this business and referenced the long-standing phrase, “The customer is always right.” Her response was both aggressive and dismissive: “No they’re not!” followed by loud laughter.
When I mentioned I’d be reaching out to corporate, she mockingly said, “We’re not corporate, so good luck with that.” I asked to speak to a manager, and she replied, “That would be me.”
I’m shocked and disappointed that someone with such a rude and dismissive attitude is representing your brand. What was meant to be a nice lunch and my first time supporting this business turned into a completely negative experience. The onion rings were extremely greasy but still tastes decent. They don't give you very many though for the price they charge. As for the wings, there was hardly any sauce on them. I don't think I've ever had such dry boneless wings in my life. On top of that they only gave me 9 1/2. The 10th was so small and pathetic it looked like the tinest crumb they tried to pass off as a boneless wing. The others were pretty small too. Very little attention or thought was put into my order. Read morePlaced an order too late and even though it said ready ASAP once I pushed the order through and it took my money it said it got scheduled for the next day. I called 15 minutes before close and asked if they could make it they said no, girl on the phone was kinda snarky, and I Asked to get it refunded and she said they have to wait for the owner to do it the next morning. Weird. Called the next afternoon and asked if it was completed and They said it was “given to the owner” as in its not done yet and I asked them to have him call me when the refund is processed. Whole day went by, no call. I don’t understand why it takes this long to process a simple refund for a customer. Just bad customer service. Now we’re going on day two I need to call and somehow stay on top of them doing what they said they would do yesterday....
