March 2023 update: DITCH THE SELF SERVE TERMINALS. You've inflated your prices. You've decreased most portion sizes. Now you're trying to remove one of the few options for employment many people have? Your coffee and food are not that great. You won't be missed Here's how low they have sunk: i ordered 12 donuts. 6 of 1 kind, 2 of each of 3 other kinds. Before I ordered, I asked what they had and chose from them. My daughter was hoping for one they didn't have, but it was late. She said she saw them from the drive thru. We get to the window and they charged us about $4 too much. I questioned the price, and she gave us a receipt. It would seem they charged us based on each variety of donut. Fair enough. Honest mistake...until you count the 10 donuts they actually gave us. We go back and walk in to fix it. It required phone calls and explanations of why we are saying we were overcharged. And wouldn't you know it? My 7 year old was right. They had her donuts. If she can see that from outside, through a tinted truck window, what's the excuse of that kid who feels they've earned that $15.50 per hour? Dunkin is truly losing its luster. Don't get me started on the pieces of trash they use as cups. Bad enough they killed the foam cups and the coffee gets cold after 15 minutes (if the lid stays on that long) but now they've also changed the lids. No more cover on the opening of the lid. Super. My guess is another price hike is also in the near future plans. 12/8/2020 ADDENDUM: Yet another coffee with the lid not installed correctly and now is part of my truck interior. $15.75...

I absolutely love this Dunkin. The only reason I'm doing 4 ⭐ is my morning regular works are the best, but when there off I get 2 new girls not sure if names but have bottoms of hair dyed. I get my same order every morning for years. When you get a ice coffee and ask for sugar you can still see the sugar at the bottom of your (Clear) cup. So when I ask for extra sugar even though they stir quickly 3 times it's still there. I had nothing in my cup straight ice coffee. So I ask them at drive thru can you plz add sugar thee is none in here. She said I did put sugar in I said nope you would see it she goes I stirred it. I said can you plz just add more sugar. Still nothing so I go in and hear them talking about me as I'm waiting to return my plain coffee that I asked for Xtra sugar. Girls saying I added sugar and she was like no add sugar. I told her I stirred it up seriously. So I just so happened to be given the "Manager" and I said I'm glad I'm the talk of the hour can I have a new coffee and I explained my order, Mind you that's all I said and she goes they aren't talking about you. Well then I'm the only one who didn't get sugar in the coffee cause the order in front of my was just food. Needless to say 2 young girls and manager were very unprofessional and the manager needs training in additude...

Laughable how slow and incompetent the staff is at this location. About 7 people working, however god forbid you go inside. The workers inside of Dunkin’ Donuts locations along with McDonald’s only care about the drive thru. I placed an online order 40 minutes ago, app told me it was ready. I show up inside the store all the associates are in the back, all 7 of them see me walk in and continue to ignore me. Then I tell them the name of my order (after waiting nearly ten mins for someone to walk over) and the lady looks down and the machine that spits out to go orders and rips my receipt fresh off the machine. NO ONE EVEN LOOKED AT IT YET UNTIL THAT MOMENT. incompetent derelicts is all fast food joints can find anymore. Overworking and underpaying their employees and they tell them to ignore customers who actually take the time to park their cars because god forbid someone doesn’t want to eat...
