Paladino's Cicero Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Cicero

I had a terrible experience there, I called to order a pizza that was half and ham and pepper I asked them what type of peppers they were he said just red and green. When I got home and opened the pizza there was black pepper drenched on all of the peppers I called and explained what occurred. I spoke to a manager named Matt who said that he needed to check the recording and I was suppose to know because that is how they do their pizza, I said I would be more than happy to bring the half of a pizza back and he still went on about having to investigate. I said I would bring the half a pizza back how hard would it have been to fix the problem, beyond that he said I will give you back equal whatever you bring back when I just said I would do that as if I was going to try and get over on him for the four slices of pizza I will be sure to never purchase anything there again. If I could give Paladino’s a zero star review on this occasion, I would. My husband and I order from the pizza shop on a regular basis and we normally get amazing pizza. This evening we ordered close to their closing time because we were leaving work later than normal.

We normally have no issues with their pizza either when we pick it up or when we have it delivered. Tonight we got our pizza home and it was full of grease. We do order a pepperoni normally and realize that their is normally some grease involved but tonight it was like an grease spill on the top of our pizza.

We called the shop and explained our situation to the gentleman on the phone and after sending photos of the pizza he deemed it our fault that there was grease on the pizza and did nothing to remedy the pizza that we now have that is inedible. Best pizza and customer service I've ever had. We had a small issue with a slightly burned pizza which was just a little too hard for our personal tastes but when we called to explain, the owner Anthony was sooo extremely polite and understanding. They always get your order ready quickly and the quality of the ingrediants do not compare to any other pizza place around.
