Husband and I arrived at the restaurant and requested a table for three, as another friend was joining us, and we ordered beverages. No draft beers were available because the machine was down, so Husban resignedly requested a 12-oz. bottle. (He pointed out to me that the bottle was actually 11.2 ounces, so the restaurant should review that.) By the time the server brought our drinks, my friend had joined us, but the server walked away from the table without asking my friend if she wanted anything to drink -- I had to call him back to the table. My friend and I both had specialty cocktails, which were delicious.

I ordered a dish with a spice level 3 out of 5, and it had no zip whatsoever. It also contained diced onions, which were not included in the entrée description, and I hate onions (they don't like me either). Whrn I inquired, the server said it was spice level 2, which was not what I ordered. I asked for the dish to be remade at spice level 4 and for there to be no onions in the mix. The remade dish was mild at best, and still riddled with onions. Unsatisfactory.

Accordingly, the server said the item would be taken off the bill. I did not see the bill when it came; a device was handed directly to Husband. He told me later that the bill had not been itemized, which is downright CRIMINAL. When Husband told me afterwards what the total was, we had to have been overcharged -- either my dish was not taken off the bill, or we were charged for something we did not order, or a tip was already tacked on. In fact, the server even stopped Husband to tell him he did not pay enough, which turned out to be the server's error for charging us twice for one item -- so what other mistakes were made in that tally? The more I think about it, the angrier I get.

The busboy was quite polite and attentive, but at the end of the meal he grabbed a napkin out of my hand as I was wiping my fingers. Husband saw it happen and looked at me with surprise. I assume it was a mistake, as there was no acknowledgment or apology, but it capped off an already...

This saddens me to write this. I am a HUGE Indian Food fan and we have been customers of Kabab and Curry since 2007 when they had their other location further up Transit Rd and my opinion was they were always the best Indian Restaurant in the area.

Sadly that's just not the case anymore. We came here at around 5:30 on a Saturday and were seated quickly, a young server came up and dropped two glasses of water with us without saying a word, then we waited...and waited and just shy of 10 minutes later someone else came up to us to see if we wanted to order food....or possibly maybe a drink other than Water ???

We ordered our food, our waiter didn't ask if I wanted anything else to drink but I requested a Beer, it came back and he just dropped it on the table with the cap slightly loose....like don't you offer glasses for your beverages anymore ?

Our food came, we just ordered two Entree's with Naan Breads, they brought out the Masala's and we were halfway through eating them before they brought out the Naan Breads....shouldn't those come out at the same time ??

I ordered a Chicken Makhani with medium spice but instead what I got was a tasty but mild Sauce....I honestly think I could have driven to Aldi about 5 minutes away and picked up something comparable.

Finished our food, then waited...and waited....and waited for about another 10 minutes before someone came to us to take away our dishes...I didn't want to wait any longer so I decided to give him my Credit Card, pay and get out.

At this point Kabab and Curry is firmly in the "average" category as far as Indian Restaurants in the area. A Sad decline for a once...

My husband and I have been customers of Kabab & Curry for years (started back when it was in the old location on Transit Road) and it had been one of our favorite restaurants, until recently. We’ve noticed a decline in the quality of the food and service, spotty at first, but more frequently with each visit. We kept hoping it was just an off day, we’ve been patient, hoping that the same caliber of eatery we initially loved would return but unfortunately our experience today brought that to an end. My husband and I hoped to have a nice dinner there, Sunday night on the patio, hardly any other cars in the lot. After being seated we were brought water and menus then ignored for at least 20 minutes. We watched multiple to go orders get picked up, a few people leave - my husband finally went inside to see if someone was even assigned to the patio area and the young woman behind the bar replied “oh yeah, yeah someone will be out there” as she walked away from my husband. We waited another ten minutes and left to find another place to eat. It was a far cry from the hospitality I remember from a few short years ago. Seems some efforts have been put into dressing up the patio, pretty lanterns and umbrellas, etc. but it doesn’t do any good if the customers sitting out on it are ignored to the point where they get...

Beautiful place! Lovely Ramadan decorations. Accessible, even has multiple ramps! Flat floors. One can likely see the buffet from chair height, though maybe not read the labels on the sneeze guard. If that's the worst I've got to say, I'm very pleased. I could see myself holding a special event here. The food was outstanding, comforting, with both veggie and meat dishes. There's a cooler filled with piping hot, fresh chai as well, yum! Staff came around routinely to clear plates and keep water glasses full. This is maybe a small thing, but my glass was full and the water temperature was perfectly cool without being icy. The staff are friendly, fun, and respectful communicators. There's lots of chatter during the lunch rush, so if you lip read, consider asking to be seated away from others. There wasn't any music, but if there had been, communication would have been very difficult. Papadom and naan were on point! Salad and fruits fresh! Prices quite appropriate. Whomever the owner is, I'm happy they've been able to create such a charming and welcoming spot that adds much-needed diversity to WNY. In fact, I had such a nice time that I completely forgot to take pictures, so just go and see for yourself!

Not the best experience. Let's start with drinks first..expired Corona and habanero margarita just awful Appetizers got the eggplant very flavorful but mostly onion and barely any eggplant. Entrees chicken vindaloo.boring..very bland..not spicy and asked for medium. Chicken very tough..potatoes barely done..chicken korma..not a fan..to me gross but my friend thought it was good. Probably ate at 50 different places in my 53 years because I love Indian but good god definitely not good. Service awful ..manager/owner so apologetic, accommodating. Definitely will not be back. India star, Ruching, India gate and Tandoori hut will continue to be my go places in this area.

One of top 3 indian restaurants that I’ve visited. Very delicious chicken curry. True shahi paneer with original taste, the one that we find in north India. I’m from Brampton & almost visited every indian restaurant. This shahi paneer is definitely no.1 I’ve ever tasted. Chicken curry touched my soul. Quantity is sufficient too. Easily 4 people can eat with their standard size dish. Garlic naan was ok not great as compared to other garlic naan that I’ve tried, but no complaints. Server was polite fast, kind & helpful boy. Amazing customer service which is little hard to find at Indian restaurants. Shahi Paneer 10/10 Chicken Curry 9.5/10
