I have been shopping here for a few years now and absolutely love this store! I love the merchandise, the atmosphere, the prices, and the owner! The clothes and decor are so beautiful! The store is always spotless and perfectly organized. In addition to clothing, they also carry toys, baby equipment, small furniture, maternity & junior sizing. Honestly there is no end to the cute little surprises you may find here! I get excited each time I walk in! Kim (the owner) makes this store what it is . She puts her heart and soul into her business to make it the best it can be for her customers. She is always helpful , kind, and offers everyone exemplary customer service. This owner goes the extra mile in making sure every customer is happy and satisfied with her store's products! Only took me 2 times dealing with the owner Kim to know I would not be a returning customer...first time I got a stroller from her which to be quite honest wasn’t that great of a deal seeing it was older than I thought but second time around she said she would sell a vanity to me and I was ready to pay for it over the phone instead when I went to contact her she said she just sold it! Wow! Way to ruin your relationships with your customers so quickly! Poor business decision! Must be really money hungry to do that...safe to say I won’t be returning and will tell others to stay away as well! I would have been one of your best customers too but no big mistake on your part! I was introduced to finders keepers consignment shop about 8 yrs. ago. I walked in and introduced myself to the owner whom was a wonderful woman ( I’ve been to other consignment shop where it wasn’t like that) and I asked if she could explain her policies because EVERY consignment store had ITS OWN policies. The owner kindly explained her policies and was helpful with all my items that I was dropping off. I was aware of the fact that if she didn’t sell my items in the time allotted and I hadn’t picked up my items that she was going to donate to charity. I was so grateful for that.
