A lot of options for cookies! The worker helped me with which cookies to get. She gave a really good explanation on which cookies were top sellers and how they get new flavor cookies every week. I would say this place is better than Crumbl because they have a wide variety of cookies and are not overly sweet. The sizes were worth the money I would say. I paid 4.75 for each cookie. If you buy 4 you get like a dollar off since it’s 25 cents off per cookie. I enjoyed the interior space, it was very warm and welcoming. They have some merch too if you are into collecting locally owned items. I would visit again if I’m in the area.

Cookies are delicious! Staff is friendly and special flavors are imaginative—just wish they didn’t run out so fast! Also wish loyalty program was based on dollars, not visits. UPDATE: Loyalty program is now based on dollars!!! And special flavors no longer seem to be running out. (But the cookies seem to have gotten smaller) UPDATE: Loyalty program has been adjusted to to require higher dollar amounts for rewards--still an improvement over per visit.

Very hip layout loved that- very clean- staff were okay I wish they would have welcomed us I had no idea it was a grand opening either. It would have been cool if they told me recommendations or did tiny samples or something. I am glad to have something in my area like this. Maybe it’s just me but my cookies didn’t taste sweet. The cookies are large. I got 1 cookie stuffed with Oreos and m&ms unfortunately the only sweetness was from the m&ms. I got the chocolate chip cookie as well which wasn’t very sweet - I would try it again maybe it was a bad batch. I recommend the Elmwood folks to...

AMAZING COOKIES! omg I found a gold mine. All the employees are very friendly and informative. I’m vegan so I love that I can find a dessert that I can eat that has many options for vegans. They also have gluten free friendly cookies for people looking for that option as well. I couldn’t believe how incredible they were! Best cookies in Buffalo hands down. Worth the trip to try them.
