We weren’t quite ready to purchase (in May) & Alex gave contact info in case we had questions. Then, In mid August, I sent an email to Alex to see if the quote was still current. I was advised of a special that included a discount on previous quote plus free WiFi option. Installation instructions we provided again w/ updated quote reflecting discount & added free options. I paid for the product & it was delivered within 3 days. WOW. Flawless transaction & immediate product delivery. I got a retro replacement system and had one small snag during ordering, but they quickly fixed it through chat. The system was very easy to replace, and in fact I was able to use a previously broken room because the new system only needed 3 of the 4 wires (only one was broken). If you have a standard Olm-meter, connect the wires (while power is off) in the room together. Then you can find a break by testing for resistance between pairs of wires at the master station.

FYI, the Google minis can connect to the Bluetooth attachment as a speaker. If you place it near the intercom, you can cast music...
