D & D Deli Catering & Bakery — Restaurant in Town of Clarkstown

Was charged for a sandwich along with other items. When I got home I unpacked the bag and discovered that the sandwich I paid for was not in the bag. I called went back right away and when I returned for my sandwich they tried to charge me again. I refused to pay again and was told sorry sir so I walked out without the sandwich I had paid for already.. I will never purchase anything from this place again...Some advice for anyone that does check your bag before walking out because the guy behind the counter doesn’t do his job very well to put it nicely..... Would have given no stars...

Went inside to order a BLT minus the tomato, spanish guy behind the counter so rude. I said no Tomato. Mayo please he said yea making a B.L. I’m like are you putting Mayo , he replies no not unless you ask. Hello you cook for the store and not even know what goes inside a sandwich . Never going back . I would like to make a report. Service was bad. The workers are speaking Spanish behind your back. I understand what they were saying. The pancakes were stale and tasted like bread. Sausage was under cooked. My eggplant parm was undercooked. Everything was so bad. I wasted 60.00 for my order. The only thing that was edible was the juices I brought. Disgusting 🫣 🤮 . And they are racist. The cashier snapped my money out of my hand. Terrible...
