McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Clarkstown

I am being nice by giving this McDonald's location a 2 every time I come to this location in the morning I run into this male manager who is the rudest an absolute worst worker I've ever come across there especially if it's early in the morning he doesn't want to be bothered I asked for coffee one morning Ono the coffee machines broke I asked for a frappe forget that they complain that the machine is too much to clean how can you say that to a customer who is willing to pay for the product okay so then I'll ask for another coffee and they'll be a problem with that and forget about the milkshake machines or McFlurries there's always a problem and then when I get my food it's ice cold as if it's been sitting out since the last year which is very frustrating specially once you get home and it's too far to go back and exchange of food it really should get rid of that manager because he is useless they have some really nice workers there who are hard workers and are nice to the customers but he is not one morning I went there before work they open at 6 a.m. it was 6:45 and he said they had no food yet that I would have to wait or come back in an hour why bother opening at 6 when the manager can get there in time to make the food I hate to sound like this it's just so frustrating that every time I go there this happens anyway if you ever see a male manager at 6 a.m. don't bother drive off the line or...

I placed an order for pickup through UberEats. It was so backed up that the driver called to tell me she was waiting in the parking lot which wasn't a big deal. They bring out the order and she drops it off at our doorstep, does everything fine. I open the bag and exactly 0 food items are inside. None. They gave us three drinks and no food. So now how do you even get your food? The UberEats driver is on to her next delivery and not answering. So I called McDonald's but they made no sense on the phone. I ask can they even see a past "completed" order through UberEats and she says yes. But I still don't know how this driver, if we find her, is ever going to get the right order now and breakfast just ended or is about to... I ask so what does the driver do? Do we have her do something in particular? She goes, "Mhhmm." "..........Okay and what would that be? Does she just come inside?" "Mmhmm yeah." BTW - customers can't come inside, the doors are locked. She's so distracted the entire duration of the call she didn't hear a word I said. I don't think you are supposed to be able to pick up an UberEats order yourself, you certainly don't want to after paying a delivery fee and sizable tip, but they give it to my husband anyways when he pulls through. I placed an order on the app and received a message suggesting I do curbside, so I did. I checked in at 7:12 and didn't get the food until 7:33. I tried calling three times, but you can't get a human or even leave a message. I didn't want to get into the long drive-thru line and run into a situation where my food is brought out and they say I'm not there, so I brought my crying one- and two-year-olds inside because I was afraid there was a mix-up with the order. The staff is clearly overworked, so I feel bad for them (I chose takeout after a particularly rough work day!), so I really hope they can hire more staff sooner than later. By the time I got the food it was lukewarm, but the young man was apologetic for the wait. Unfortunately, I don't plan on ordering from this location any time...
