I tried ordering a bagel and an ice coffee, the simplest order you could get. When I arrived to the window the lady with jacked up braids and lopsided chest just stuck her hand out with no verbalization didn’t acknowledge me say hello read me my order or my total just stared at me with her hand out. I gave my card and proceeded to blow my nose. When I didn’t hear anything I looked back and again her hand is out the window with my card in it, not saying a word. Then she hands me my coffee, again not speaking nor making eye contact. She walked away from the window, so I started to play on my phone, I look up to find her body turned away from the window and hand again out the window holding my bag in the air with no words to me, but I finally hear her start speaking to her coworker. I grab my bag and pull off to find no straw for my coffee, so rather than deal with her again I went inside and told Serena they had forgotten my straw. No words from her either, she just pointed in the direction of the straws and walked away because their cigarette break was more important than serving me. I’m absolutely disgusted and as long as they work here won’t be returning. You just lost a weekly customer of 6+ years. I was nothing but polite when I was there with pleases and thank yous. I work in fast food myself and would’ve never allowed this treatment to a customer. Then I pull off because at this point I have to get to work myself and realize there’s no spread on my bagel it’s just toasted nothing else. I want...
Read moreLet me paint you a picture. I’m staying at the Quality Inn Hotel right next to this location. Me and my friend, as we are teenage baseball players, are famished. We take a gander through our window and spy a Dunkin’ Donuts in the vicinity. I look to my buddy and say, “wanna take a stroll?” To which he replies, “when would I not?” In this time, we embark on our adventure. Very scenic walk. We go to the front doors, and what do we discover? They’re locked. Closed. Out for the evening. Disappointed, we see another drive through over yonder, and decide to trek on over. On our expedition, we turn around to see a van in the drive thru, and new hope has sparked amongst our famished selves. We ultimately venture on over to the drive through ordering station, sadly to no response. Therefore, the only solution we saw fit, was to walk on up to the window! It is there, we meet, who we now know is the supervisor, who takes our order! We are ecstatic. Sparkin’ up a great conversation. He told us about some nincompoops who were not being the most caring, or empathetic customers, and we thought that was gobbledygook. He was an excellent man, and got our order out right away. Never had a better experience at not only any other Dunkin’ Donuts location, but at any other place in our entire lives. Thank you for this great experience. Don’t hesitate if you plan to make a stop at this Dunkin’, it’ll be the best decision...
Read moreJust had the worst experience I have ever experienced in a drive thru. At 7 pm I pulled up to the drive thru at 1636 Central Ave Dunkin, I ordered one large coffee as I do 7 to 10 times per week. After confirming my order the person told me to pull around to the window. I was pulling change out of my pocket and removed my seat belt as I counted out the change..again she said pull up to the window to which I responded I am counting the change I need.. her curt response was SIR YOU NEED TO PULL AROUND TO THE WINDOW THIS IS A VERY BUSY STORE.. To which I responded there is no one behind me in the drive thru.... SHE THEN RAISED HER VOICE AND SAID YOU NEED TO PULL UP TO THE WINDOW NOW SIR! When I pulled up to the window she said that will be 2.69 to which I responded I'd like to speak to the manager She then informed me that she was the manager and she needed 2.69 if I wanted the coffee. I then told her to stick the coffee and FU. I am 63 years old and spent my life in sales and customer service and I don't recall another person treating me with so little respect. I am so aggravated I tracked down her name Jen as the manager of this Dunkin. I will never buy another cup of coffee at...
