The one time I bought Starbucks this year I forgot to scan my app to get the rewards including get credit for a birthday reward, I explained that to customer service who were frankly very rude about it so I decided to go in store and see if they could help me out, if not no worries. I was greeted with friendly atmosphere and reassurance that I would get my birthday reward after showing my ID, I had a rough morning and it really turned things round and made me so happy. While I left several workers also shouted happy birthday to me as well which was very kind of them. I've always had a great experience at this Starbucks, a few years ago I used to work here and many people complain about the wait time but being there first hand I know how stressful and busy this store in particular can be on a employee and I know how much something as small as this can be to take out of your busy schedule running bar at this store in particular so it means a lot to me. Because of we are from Canada and not a local people, very rude girl make us wait 25 minutes, 5 people behind us ordered any kind of fancy drinks, she served them all, when I ask what happened my coffee, she said you had to wait, when I ask I am sorry but what I am waiting for, a simple coffee? She answers me back even more rude hey I am working on it. Number one this is a Starbucks, is not her fathers corner coffee store, number 2, there is some other worker there how come no one say something to her, the way she is treating us like this, number three, if they don't like outsiders next time put the sign, FOR LOCAL PEOPLE ONLY, after paying 8 some dollars for coffee and a piece of banana bread, I don't take some RACIST ACTS, from teenager girl. Read moreOur 11 year-old dropped a giant dragon drink with multiple scoops of extra dragon fruit right after we picked up our online order when we were passing through the area on a road trip, and the staff was amazing. They immediately replaced the dragon drink, soothed a very embarrassed kiddo and cheerfully cleaned up the giant mess, waving us away and saying “Don’t worry about it. Happens all the time!” Most amazingly: The barista taking care of all of this quickly put up a wet floor safety sign and went to make the replacement drink so that we could be on our way before they even could clean up the mess (they were also short staffed) and while the barista was making the drink and we were waiting, the manager came out of the restroom and immediately was telling us not to worry and that she would get us another dragon drink right away before she realized that the other barista was already working on it.
