McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Concord

I come to this location every single day for the best sweet Teas ever. Sometimes they are watered down and other times perfect. Employees seem depressed but I seem to encourage them well and put a smile on there faces every time I come through which is most every day. Tonight I was mortified by the sweet Teas. I ordered 4 sweet Teas and they all had some sort of sludge in them. I was like what the.....???? I came back around and waited for 10 mins to let them know something is wrong with my drinks they asked me to pull forward and they'd bring me new ones. I waited another 10 minutes and got the same sludge as before. I asked the girl, "what is going on?" And she replied, "our sewage systems are backing up" she seemed embarrased as my hae drooped think' n what did my son and i just consume? i just began to dump all 8 of them out. Then i stopped and thought maybe I should keep a couple to find out what's in them. Construction has been going on here for several weeks one night they closed really early and I was very surprised. Awful no matter how many times I say "no cheese and plain" they still put cheese on it then my fries get cold while they try to just put two peices of meat on a bun. The ice machine is set up so that all the condensation runs down into the tray with the salt and pepper, so it was all wet. I told them, but the only perdon to do something was one lady who has already gone "off the clock' this place is awful!!! 12 people around the back with her hands in her pockets.

The food was fresh, hot, and made exactly to order. I had ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffin meal with a Coke (no ice), and then two more of the sandwichs for someone else. Even though the drive-thru is still the only thing open, and it was around prime time for breakfast still when we got there, the line actually moved fairly quickly. And again, everything I asked for was in the bag I was given, and we all know that sometimes when McDonald's is pretty busy like it was, things in the order can be made incorrectly or be missing altogether.
