Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Town of Concord

Most of my reviews are positive because I think there needs to be more joy in the world, Unfortunately my Taco Bell experience wasn't very joyful at all. I ordered my lovely wife and myself some bean burritos one of the healthier choices on the menu. They're usually quite substantial in filling. I drove up to the window the young man handed me the bag with no napkins no sauce it just so happened that I had sauce in my car from a previous trip obviously I'm addicted to bad food. As you can see by the picture associated with my review it literally was double the size of the condiment packet. I think taco Bell is forcing me to evaluate my habits and I think it might be best for me to save my money after all eating fast food and going out for dinner is truly a luxury item I work hard for my money and I expect just a little bit more than what I received today. Unless there's a new item on the menu called bean poppers!! I hope that reviews help companies improve their products and their customer service. Or this could be just a rant because I was hungry and I succumbed to fast food and well I was still hungry...

Absolutely disgusting... we love taco bell normally. It's a treat when we get to go. This was not a treat. Food was fine, other than getting beef when i asked for chicken, but I'm not picky and can get over that. What i cant get over is trying to find a table that had been cleaned...there was 1 in the whole dining room that didnt have some sort of food on it. The bathrooms were a whole other level of gross. I knew when i pushed the door open and my hand was sticking to it that it probably wouldnt be good in there. And it wasnt. You know its bad if my boyfriend says something about it. He can usually overlook dirt and grime, but he couldnt stop talking about how horrible this place was and if he walked in ther as the owner he would fire every one of the kids in there. I had to agree. There were atleast 5 employees in the back. Not one came to the dining room, to even look at the conditions, the entire time we were there. This place could really use an overhaul....

A number of problems occurred with my simple order that relegate in a poor review.

My burritos just weren’t that good. Honestly they tasted like cinnamon twists. My guess is there’s a very greasy frier in there, making everything taste like them. Not what I was looking for.

So when I ordered 2x $2.00 burritos, I noticed my price was $5. That was fine with me, as I know many locations have raised the price on this burrito to $2.50, so I thought they just hadn’t changed the price on the menu correctly.

But that is not the case! The true culprit of the incorrect price is that my cashier rounded up to the next dollar to donate to the KFC Foundation, without my approval. I donate to charities I carefully pick, and I did not pick this foundation.

The less than great burritos warranted a 3-star review in my eyes; but rounding up without my permission is a breach of trust with your customer, and that warrants the lowest...
