I still cannot believe the rudeness of the young girl working at the Subway in the Springville Walmart. I spent $400 on tires. There is a sign in the tire center that said looking for a comfy place to eat try Subway. So I walk over there as I was told it would be a 2 hour wait for the tire install. I sat down, only person in the place other than a Walmart employee. It was 11am so not quite ready to eat lunch, waiting until 11:30. Subway employee walks up to me, now granted I have not even been sitting there for 2 minutes. She says you need to leave if you are not going to eat. Now I am a 50 year old man and found this very disrespectful. I said I am not ready to eat just yet and there is no one in here. She called the Sheriff s department and wasted there time. I was not rude to her and only told her she had no customer service skills and no common sense. I apologized to the sheriff for wasting his time. I thought I would be dealing with Walmart security. Read moreThe manager here should probably mind her own business. Infact besides making my sandwich and saying have a nice day. Don't even speak to me. Nobody likes this manager for good reason. She is so rude to customers and her employees. My friend and I were there talking to each other in a private conversation and she had the nerve to condescend us by telling us to "watch our mouth" because one of us swore. The profanity was used in normal conversation and was not disorderly. She responded in the sense to escalate the situation to make it appear as if it was. We definitely walked out. I will be contacting corporate. Don't ever try to tell me what to do. Multiple sources even people at other subways have stuff to say about her. I've always walked in and minded my business with her, and when she gives me poor attitude I try to be as polite as possible with her. Read moreDon’t eat here. The chick with the glasses and blond hair was so rude and gave me so much attitude for asking about the Happy Gilmore cups! She asked which ones I had and I told her none yet, which then she proceeded to give me a random cup and tell me I “get what I get” in the nastiest attitude ever! I was planning on asking about extra cups if I could buy them, because I wanted to get a Happy and a Shooter cup for my dad since it’s his favorite movie, but with such attitude before I could even ask she told me that everyone would be asking for whatever cups and that then I didn’t have to buy one at all. I literally just told her “whatever it’s fine” and walked away. If that’s a policy then fine just explain it but you don’t have to be so rude about it.
