I stopped here on a road trip and thought Jersey Mikes would be a great, reliable place for lunch as I go semi-frequently where I live. However, my sandwich was not up to the quality I usually expect. The sandwich, a mini, was SOAKING in oil. Literally dripping. It was also not cut all the way through so I had to rip the bottom half of the bread apart. I don’t usually write reviews but I wanted to today because the man making my sandwich seemed really nice and potentially new, so I just wanted to offer some constructive criticism. We were possibly their first customers of the day earlier this morning and they were more than happy to do their jobs. The crew is fantastic, they all have great attitudes and you could tell they were ready for this grand opening! Everyone was super friendly and the food is delicious! I'm so glad that there's a Jersey Mike's in Riverside now. They prepare the gluten free subs in a different section so there's no cross-contamination and even if you flub your order, they're more than happy to fix it for you. I definitely...
