I am appalled at the behavior displayed by the manager on duty possibly the owner. Her demeanor disgusted me and if I could give zero stars I would!
My family stopped by this establishment to grab a bite to, I wish we hadn't but we were unfamiliar with the area and passed by this place. After experiencing the racist attitude of this staff member we did not even want our food.
This is what happened... When we entered the pizzeria my family ordered about $70 worth of food and pizza, due to the fact that there were so many of us (including 4 hungry children) we asked if there was anything larger than individual sodas for our group and the cashier instructed us to grab 2 liter bottle of soda from the case. After bringing the soda up to the counter and placing our order a blonde woman who I assume to be the manager/owner came out of the kitchen area yelling that we were not allowed to buy the 2 liter soda because she would lose money, we then offered to pay additional money for cups and ice. We told her that the cashier instructed us to get the 2 liter to which she replied that her employees don't know anything and that they were new. She then rolled her eyes and made us pay for cups with ice. When we asked were we could sit she said that the only place we could sit was at a table by the door, mind you it was freezing outside and there were plenty of other tables open and other people sitting in the dining room area. When we asked her if we could sit at a different table because our children were cold she scowled at us and exclaimed that the other tables were for her customers...even though we just spent $70+ I guess we weren't customers! There were plenty of people sitting on the other side of the restaurant eating single slices and yet we were discriminated against and forced to sit where she felt we belonged. As a result to this treatment we demanded our money back and this had been only about 4 minutes since we places the order. The moment she heard "refund" she tried to act like our food was ready and that we could not get our money back. We challenged her lie and said if it was ready to bring it out right away. After going to the kitchen she returned with nothing and reluctantly gave us our money back with a condescending nasty attitude.
This is not the type of establishment you should be supporting or wasting your time with. I guess because we looked like her employees she thought she could treat us as such (not that anyone should treat another human being that way). Unless you would like the same experience I reccomend staying far far away...
Read moreWe usually call in our order, but today I decided to walk in and place my order. Big mistake! Ordered 2 pepperoni slices, a Margherita square slice, and a garlick knot chicken parm. The young man took my order, then disappeared to the back. After about 20 minutes he returned, and I reminded him I was still waiting. He clearly was surprised because he forgot about me. Someone had put my order to the side and left it there. He checked it over and I asked him if everything was ok. He showed me the slices which were a bit over cooked and the garlick knot chicken parm was totally burnt. He asked if I would wait while he puts a fresh one in the oven. I told him the pizza would get cold, and I already waited long enough. So he said I can take the garlick knot chicken parm home and heat it there. I reluctantly agreed as I just wanted to take my food and go. I was also under the impression the garlick knot chicken parm would be free for making me wait so long and not have everything complete. I was wrong, they charged me for everything. I get home, and as I figured, slices were cold, and he gave me a buffalo chicken garlick knot. Not sure where this young man's head is at, but he is definitely overwhelmed. I've never had any issues with the guys there before. But then again I always place my orders...

I can understand the extended delivery times, which happen seasonally, especially when it’s cold. BUT repeated errors on orders is Inexcusable.
My mom says it happens often, for me maybe 1 out of 6 orders will have an error.
This evening was particularly annoying. I ordered some soups and an app…all fine. A large pizza, half clams half cheese (all my daughter will eat) was the star of the order.
Placed online. 3 mins later get a call “did you want white clam on half or red”?
“Red” I explain emphatically, with a rather long wind explanation and history of my love for shellfish in red sauce.
1 hour….
Food comes. Everything EXCEPT pizza is right. Pizza is all cheese, mind you, only pizza she will eat.
“Sorry maybe we forgot the clams, we will bring a replacement, in exchange for old pie “. Kid hungry but…wait
