I've been a regular at Winfield Coffee Shop in the Croton Harmon train station for over two years, and Tia has truly stood out as an extraordinary employee. She is consistently friendly, welcoming, and always has a smile, which makes each visit a pleasure. Tia has a real gift for customer service, and her lattes are some of the best I've ever had. The guy at the cafe is totally non friendly. A racist to Black people as he assist white customers very well but does NOT give the same level of customer service to Black customers.

I watched 14 transactions. In EACH transaction, white customers were given the red carpet of customer service. With Black customers he tries to get rid of them quickly with poor service
