Subway — Restaurant in Town of Crawford

This location skimps on EVERYTHING. They are not abiding by basic subway sandwich formulas. But the real reason why I am leaving this review is because - I asked for a regular turkey sandwich and they charged me for the “titan turkey” which is more expensive because they’re supposed to put “33%” more turkey.” Not only did I not ask for a titan turkey, they didn’t make me a titan turkey but they certainly charged me for one. Very deceptive and sneaky.

I asked for double cheese and they gave me 7 (half) slices. How do you double something and end up with an odd number? I asked for green peppers and they gave me 2 tiny slithers of green peppers on a foot long.

The staff at this Subway in Pine Bush are friendly and courteous, which is a plus. The food is consistent with what you’d expect from a Subway chain, but not all toppings are available, such as black olives, which can be disappointing. However, the service is very slow, often due to only one person working during busy times. They also do not accept promotions or coupons. My online order wasn’t prepared until I waited in line with in-store customers, adding to the delay. More staff and better order processing would improve...

Probably the saddest subway I’ve ever been to. They didn’t have half of the topping a normal subway has (no pickles, no peppers! no olives) and the ones they did have looked disgusting. The lettuce was brown and the spinach was slimy. They put barely any meat on the sandwiches just for me to paid 19$ for a turkey foot long and turkey 6 inch. They claim they don’t accept regular subway coupons for some reason. Just a very sad excuse...
