I places and order very simple instructions. Gave my order. Paid for my food, gave my address for delivery and waited. 1 and 20 min past and no delivery. I call to see how long of a wait Bc I know it’s Saturday a busy day. The girl answer the phone saying “hold on I just came in I will find out” the gets back on the phone and say “your food is here” I told IT that I gave my address for delivery then IT says “how are we supposed to know you wanted your food delivered” so I said “because I gave my address” then IT laughs and says “omg” then IT “put our call on hold without saying hold on or I’ll be right back” IT gives the phone to another individual and that individual comes on saying “your food is here do you want it or not” I said “excuse me? No thanks I’ll like a refund” the. The other IT says “okay well then we can’t take your order here again” I said to the other IT “okay I don’t think I will because of services I’m getting now. Then the other IT says “good better for us” the food is ALWAYS OVER COOKED AND HARD. CHICKEN ALWAYS BURNT. I only order from here once and figured I give it another shot. THANKFULLY I’ll never have too again!!
SUCH TERRIBLE SERVICE RECEIVED. I did not trust whether the 2 “IT’s” we’re going to refund my order so I ask to speak to whom announced on the phone they are the owner. “I got a refund and call ended”

First they are breaking new york state law (read at bottem) but the reason that made me leave a bad review is that this is the 3rd time I've ordered different items and every single time have been let down. Not sure what has happened in the past year but their food portions have become smaller which wouldn't be a problem if their prices haven't drastically gone up. Today I got a honey sriracha wrap with fried. Barely had any chicken on it. I'm still hungry after buying it. This also happened to me when I ordered a cheese burger, I've never seen a patty so thin before and I was left still hungry. And anytime we order pizza doesn't matter if I'm early to pick it up or on time it's always cold and I am not far from their shop so it shouldn't have to be warmed up by the time I come there. Lastly they are breaking general business law section 518 ny law related to credit and debit card surcharges. Businesses are not allowed to advertise a price and add a surcharge at point of sale when a customer elects to pay with a credit card (the 4% they charge for credit after orginal bill is printed). This is breaking the law and receipts will be turned over to the state. I am tired as a consumer being taken advantage of at the cash register and will no longer happen...
   Read moreI have ordered from here many times and not had a issue. Food is always ok. Nothing special but ok and good for quick delivery. Tonight, they messed up our order and when I called back acted as though I was making up what I had ordered. The girl who took my order went over my order word for word and correctly. How that ended up being translated incorrectly is beyond me. Accidents do happen however, the real issue was the attitude and general disrespect by the girl on the phone. As a business owner myself. I would never speak to my customers in this manner. In the winter months we order quite often from this place but because of the lack of phone etiquette we will take out business elsewhere....
