It was so cold that I was uncomfortable the whole time and couldn't enjoy myself and the food was disgusting. The salad that comes out before your meal was all warm, limp lettuce drenched in the WORST caesar dressing I've had in my entire life. I ordered baked ziti and i had three bites before i started to feel sick. The whole time we were eating our waiter stared at us from across the room with this weird look on his face and i couldn't figure out why until i got home and had the worst stomach ache. I was shaking all over, I was dizzy and I could barely walk without my legs practically giving out. I did take my leftovers with me thinking that it might've just been an upset stomach at the restaurant but I was way wrong. After offering my leftovers to a friend, a good amount of time passed before I got around to washing the bowl (I'm in college and don't have much time.) When I finally went to wash it, no mold had grown on the bits of sauce and meat left in the bowl. I'm not sure what was wrong with the food but I am repulsed and I will NEVER eat here again, it was a mistake to try something new. Absolutely disgusting, I'll stick to...

The "shrimp riggies" were rigatoni's, shrimp, and sauce. The owner stated that's the way they make them there, which is completely wrong. Real riggies have mushrooms, onions, and peppers. IT'S A PASTA DISH! Do not call them riggies if they are not actual rigges, come to Utica and we'll teach you the proper way to prepare them. The steak was horrible. I took two bites from it and sat there in disgust. Our waitress came over and asked us how we were doing, we complained and she offered us a box to go. She didn't even ask us if we wanted a replacement meal or discount. She received a 8% tip, HORRIBLE SERVICE! We then found the owner and he wasn't much help either. He stated they've been open for 17 years, blah, blah, blah. Needless to say, we'll never go back. $40 down the drain! We fed the food to the dog and she even looked at us weird. In the...

Yesterday, my mother, sister, niece, daughter and myself had a wonderful lunch at Rico's. The minute we walked in, we felt completely welcome and the staff accommodated us with so much enthusiasm! My 20-month-old daughter was getting antsy at the table, so we walked around the restaurant a bit to keep her occupied. The staff at Rico's were so kind and understanding. And then, when she hit her head on a table and got hurt, they ran right over with ice and band-aids, took her by the hand, and gave her a cookie to make her feel better. It was so refreshing to be able to go out to eat with my toddler and not feel like a burden. Thank you so...
