Read moreI recently visited The Kitchen Table for breakfast with my wife and two friends. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to poor customer service. I ordered an egg bagel and requested that the bagel be scooped out. Initially, the person at the counter said it was fine. However, about ten minutes later, I was informed that they would not honor my request. When I asked why, I was simply told, “We won’t do it.” I then asked if I could scoop it out myself, but again, I was told no. Wanting clarification, I requested to speak with someone in charge. The response remained the same—this was not part of their system, and they refused to accommodate the request. Feeling frustrated, I canceled my order. The staff member in charge was not particularly friendly and instructed the counter person to process a refund. However, when our meals arrived 15 minutes later, my sandwich was still served. I once again reminded them about the refund, and they assured me it would be taken care of. Now, 48 hours later, I still have not received the refund. Beyond this issue, the general lack of professionalism and unwillingness to accommodate a reasonable request left a poor impression. Customer service should prioritize respect, communication, and problem-solving, but this restaurant failed on all fronts. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to The...

Brought it back and as told that the could not make scrambled eggs because the kitchen was “too full”. (Then why take the order? Also scrambled is easier when busy than individual fried eggs. )
He ate his. Mine came back with the egg runny and cheese (shredded) was cold. Took it back and was done.
If you can’t provide what some ordered and paid for, them don’t...
