Went there Saturday night around 9:30pm. Lights were low inside, door was locked even though posted closing time is 10pm. As I drove around building to leave I saw a female worker inside. This is the second time this has happened, I am going to report this to corporate about how they don't want to take customers in the store.
As a follow up. As of today 11/27/19, after receiving an email reply from corporate regarding my complaint about locking the doors before closing. I requested that the owner contact me either by email or phone call; no contact by owner at all. So, do yourselves a favor and drive right past this dunkin doughnuts. Read moreOn 10/18/2023 at 2:30pm I decided to go through the Dover Dunkin Drive Through. I simply wanted a coffee and while getting on the drive through line there was all this ruckus and chaos. The lady was threatening to fight someone in the car in front of me. She ran outside and chased the car while screaming. I then had to reassure my kids that everything is okay. I don’t know why this Dunkin has and or hires many unprofessional employees and feels the need to keep them around to hurt their name. Read moreBy far the most disgusting place I’ve ever been in . The workers touch food with their bare hands and the manager does as well. They keep cleaning products around all of their food and drinks. None of the machines are cleaned properly and they will serve you coffee with grounds. As a person with an inside scoop , the manager sells spoiled products and even products dropped on the floor . The manager will sell days old hard bagels and thinks it’s okay.This place needs to be shut down or a new manager/crew put in that actually cares about what’s being sold to their customers.
