We had a party of 4. Three of us are servers. Our server wasn’t writing our orders down and we commented about being able to remember the order. I specifically asked for no jalapeños. There was tons of them. Wouldn’t have been a problem but the server never came back to ask how we were doing. I ate about three bites cause I was hungry. I couldn’t eat it though. When she came back when everyone was finished , we told her and she blamed the kitchen. Well then she charged me full price. Told us she had no control over comps. Then said if I wouldn’t have eaten half of it. I literally took three bites cause I was trying to stomach it and trying to pick them out. One of our party went to the bathroom while the rest of us left. When she came out the server was at the bar telling everyone “I told her there was jalapeños” and basically calling us bad guests. So we called to speak to the manager and she told us she was it. Why aren’t you able to do comps then? She then blamed me again saying I ate half of it and if I would have told her. Well I would have if she would have checked on us. Then she says well I’m busy. Omg lady get your story straight. Why the hell would a manager not be able to make a guests check right. I got charged full price! I am so upset because we basically are being told there’s nobody to speak to about the experience. We are servers we know how restaurants run! You don’t blame the first EVER, you don’t let them leave upset EVER, and you don’t charge them full price for something made wrong because of your mistake!!! You also always come check on your table to make sure they are happy! ...

We really like coming here often. The owner and his staff seem to really value his customers. Our first impression of their chicken wings wasn't really to our liking but we didn't say anything to give them a chance in making things right that first time. Instead, I decided to give them a second chance on my lunch for to try their fish fry. I am really glad I did since everything was great, even their tartar sauce and cocktail sauce. They give you plenty of either and their Mac & cheese is very cheesey and everything tastes like quality. Then I had to have my wife try their fish fry the next week even after I was there earlier that day for a fish fry at lunch. Twice in one day, plus I tried their club sandwich which was both hearty and tasty. Then we returned the next week with friends and even had the fish fry with Mac & Cheese and it wasn't on a Friday. They are the only ones offering the combo of both every single day of...

I'm the past 7 days I haven't experienced the same food as I did from the first time I was there. This may seem petty to some but, we went for breakfast on my birthday . I ordered home fries (as I had them before) this time they came out with pepper and onions..I'm not a fan of that and there's nothing on the menu about peppers and onions in them. We ordered Chicken wings for take out last night. Yes we had them before and they were delicious. I'm not sure what they are doing to them but very dry..kinda rubbery.. the blue cheese..it definitely doesn't taste like blue cheese. I understand that they do a lot with pickles there but in my opinion dill doesn't belong in blue cheese.. if I wanted pickle flavor Chicken wings I would order them that way.. Hopefully things get better or go back to when they first opened.. sorry bit I'm...
