Perhaps after reading these reviews it becomes clear as to why there are double drive-through lines at the McDonald's across the street while no one in the Burger King drive-thru. I personally have not been happy with this Burger king location either. UPDATE: The McDonald's across the street was so busy I decided to try this Burger King location on 11/13/21 at about 9PM. My order was: 1 hamburger and a large coffee with 1 cream and 1 Splenda. I had to explain my order at the drive-in speaker 2 times. I got to the pay window and had they had to correct my order again. I got to the pick-up window and had to correct the order for a third time. After they corrected my order I explained clearly that I can not have sugar and need Splenda - no problem they said. They finally were ready to give me my coffee and I asked them to put the cream and Splenda in the cup as it was difficult to do so in the car (I have never gone to McDonald's, Tim Hortons, etc. and not have my coffee brought with the ingredients already mixed into the coffee). They asked me to pull to the front and then my order would be brought to me. I waited, and waited, and finally after more than 10 minutes my order was brought out. The employee told me that they don't mix coffee and handed me a small bag with the cream and Splenda. So, all of this for (what must have been a really confusing and complicated order for them) a simple hamburger and cup of coffee. Was it busy? When I got there there was 2 cars in front of me and no one behind me. It was taking so long that I almost drove off even though I had already paid. But, after a drive-through experience that lasted for almost 20 minutes, I did get my order. How was the quality of that order? The hamburger was what I expected. This was a simple hamburger, not a Whopper or more 'complicated' sandwich. The coffee: to say it was lukewarm would be giving them a lot of credit. The Splenda? Non existent - they gave me 4 packs of sugar. Yep, I can see why the beginning salary of an employee is $14.00 an hour since they are so efficient. BTW, 2 cars in front of me and over 8 employees...
Read morePlace is trash. Food was terrible. Got sick both times I tried eating there. STANDARDS ARE NOT MET HERE BEWARE B/C This place is private owned which means its Not ran by Burger King which means someone just paid the $50,000 to $70,000 to buy into the Burger King franchise TRYING TO MAKE A QUICK BUCK. Got the building and is running it themselves and just pay a quarterly fee to Burger King after that to use there BRAND and LOGO. If the store fails no big thing for Burger King cause they still got there 50 to 70 thousand $ already and whatever quarterly money afterwards with no work on them and the store shuts down no biggie. SO the store is ran by the private owners standards by there rules. I dont bash on private owners but when you run your store like this with no standards This is the review you will get. If you walk into the store and wall up to the register it looks like a ghost town in the back. Only 1 fryer 1 assembly station open boxes everywhere with more empty space than anything back there. It doesn't even look like a kitchen in the back. You could camp out in the back if you wanted. Seriously go look for yourself and then look at other burger king locations. I only go to long pond and pixely road locations. They are owned and ran by Burger King. Always fresh...
Read moreThis is the worst BK I’ve ever been to. After placing our order, my debit card had a chip problem. They tried twice then my son used his card. My son asked why the shakes are so small when we ordered large and he asked if they can fill the cups all the way up. A girl in the back got upset, yelling and cursing and the woman at the window tried to rush us along. At the same time we said she can take it all back if it’s a problem. She filled them properly. At that point I noticed there were no other vehicles behind us but a couple pulling in. W didn’t understand why they were rushing us. The fries were cold and the Big King burger was horrible. Both my girls felt sick after a single bite. They said the meat tasted fake and weird. My husband went back and returned their food. He said he was disgusted by how filthy it was behind the counter. NEVER RETURNING. I called their main office after googling their number because there was no number on the receipt. Corporate did return the call in a timely manner. There was nothing said that was reassuring though she did apologize. New location but horrible service, food and filthy. NOT RECOMMENDED. They are loud, impatient and rude when going at the drive-up but very calm and accommodating...
