After paying for my order at the first window I drove down to the second window for pickup. Once there I told the cashier my order was wrong and that I would need it corrected and I told the cashier I would pay the price difference. I was told since my order was wrong I'd have to go back through the drive thru (because she couldn't accept payment at the pick up window was the reason given) order again and pay again. I don't think so. Therefore I requested to speak with the manager at the window, and don't you know I was able to pay for the difference in price at this window after the cashier came back to the window, no manager to speak with. Of course the cashier came back with a nasty, rude , attitude. Like if you knew your manager was just going to direct you to fix my order, then why not just do it and do it with a fake smile if you don't like your job? Some people just don't belong in customer service nor in public and sad to say , she was one of them! Vashanna is her name, at least that's what my reciept states. Get it together and hire people who want to work , fake it to...
Read moreI get a half an hour for lunch, so I figured I'd go get a quick meal at taco Bell... Terrible idea. I ended up having 5 minutes to eat my lunch because it took them 25 to get my order to me. I sat and waited for a while, while my coworker, who ordered right before me in line, ate his meal. I asked politely where my order was because I've now watched 6 people, who ordered after me, get their meal. The guy I asked, who is the same one who took my order, told me he knew these orders were taken before mine. I WATCHED THESE PPL WALK IN!
The guy told me "Charlie" was coming right up, when I clearly told him my name was Jesse. Maybe he misunderstood me when I said my name at the register. Nope, Charlie got his food. I had to verbalize to my coworker from across the dining room that I was going to freak out in order to get some help. I gave another worker my receipt and they made my order in 30 seconds after that. I never got an apology, just a smug little smirk and a ”enjoy your meal".

Read moreThis was hands down the most humiliating and disgusting customer experience I’ve ever had in my life. The front desk staff at this Taco Bell didn’t just fail at customer service — they failed at basic human decency.
The employee spoke to me like I was garbage, as if being rude, arrogant, and disrespectful was part of their job description. If this is the kind of people Taco Bell hires, maybe they should put a sign at the door: “No dignity inside. Enter at your own risk.”
I’m not just disappointed — I’m furious. No apology, no explanation, nothing. Just pure attitude from a clown who clearly forgot that customers pay their wages.
Management? Nonexistent. Either they’re blind, spineless, or just don’t give a damn.
Let this be a warning: If you value respect, if you expect even a basic level of professionalism — stay the hell away from this place.
And to the owner: If you read this and do nothing, then congratulations — you’ve built a restaurant that treats customers like trash. Don’t expect loyalty. You’ve lost...
