Burger King — Restaurant in Town of Geddes

The place was completely empty (except for one gentleman who was sitting at a table with a drink) when myself and the person I was with entered. We placed an order at the kiosk because no one came to help us after we stood there for 5 minutes. The workers in the back and drive through were walking around and/or standing and chatting with each other. No one acknowledged us at all. Once we placed an order at the kiosk, we still had to wait another 20 minutes before a girl came and gave us our cups so that we could get our drinks. Then they called our name we thought our order was ready, but then she told us they were working on it- we still had to wait another 10 minutes before getting our food. The food was a burger with small fry, a small mozzarella sticks and a large size cheese tater tots things (which tasted nasty like chemicals, by the way.) It's a good thing we didn't have anywhere else to be, since the order was slow as molasses. While we waited there was someone who came in and picked up an online order, who was tended to in about 7 minutes. 2 other people came in and placed orders on the kiosk while we sat and waited for our food. The place was obviously very slow and it didn't seem like there should have been such a lag between ordering and receiving our food. Would definitely not suggest eating here if you're in a hurry. And with other choices like McDonalds and Taco Bell right nearby, I don't see any reason to ever come here again. If they only wanted to deal with people at the drive through, then they should have the inside closed to customers. At least the tables were for the most...

Spoke to manager “Deziree” at around 10:13p 1/2/20. I informed her that I cane through the drive through and ordered 3 meals with one being my whopper jr meal. I specifically asked for light mayo. The drink was a sprite. The sandwich was drowned with mayo and the sprite had no sweetness to it. It was just a fix taste, that’s it. She stated that she could mail me a coupon for a free whopper and free chicken sandwich. I don’t even eat chicken sandwiches from BK. She told me that that’s how they resolve issues and that the soda isn’t included. So basically I am S.O.L. Out of my soda that I paid for and still hungry because I can’t even enjoy my meal. I asked her who should I speak to (district manager) she told me the name but stated she doesn’t know the time the district manager arrives....

I used to love this burger King but recently two times in a row I ordered two sixteen piece chicken nugget meals. The first time I only got sixteen nuggets instead of the thirty two I ordered and the very next time I went and got the same order and only received twenty four... also their fountain drinks always taste like they are out of syrup and have not changed it yet. I will be getting McNuggets...
